I made an appointment for a broken Xbox Series X because the website said there was a free estimate when you specify what you want looked at while making the appointment. When I arrived, the store clerk told me the website was wrong and that it actually costs $60 to diagnose the system--making my trip a waste of time since I expected a free diagnostic. I paid it anyway, as the salesperson claimed it would go toward the repair, while also trying to upsell me on some all-in-one program for an additional fee. Three weeks later, I finally got a call saying they couldn't fix it and that I needed to pick up my system. That meant $60 down the drain, since they admitted they couldn't repair it. I asked if I could at least get a diagnostic report to show the next repair place, but they said they didn't have one. When I got my system back, it had nasty greasy fingerprints all over it, still broken, and as I was about to leave, the clerk again tried to sell me their all-in-one program. WTF! By the way, the website still says FREE estimate. This is a horrible, scammy operation. Avoid at all costs. read more

I was quoted $207 on the phone AND in person to repair cracked screen. 3 and a half hours later I was charged $341.12 and said he didn't know why I was given that price in which 2 others in the store heard. Horrible customer service. Impossible to reach by phone and after scheduling 2 appointments the tech never showed up or even called to let us know they would not be able to complete the repairs. Definitely not worth the money for the protection plan. I think AT&T and Verizon both use them so not sure how to avoid them going forward but it is enough for me to switch from AT&T. read more

Guys. This is the place. IPhone repair, PC fixes. I took both my wife's and my IPhone 11Pros in for battery replacement, and no more dead batteries in the middle of the day (took about two hours). Then, last week I took my PC that would no longer boot up. It did take a little longer than I expected but, hey, it's the holidays so. But wow. Re-boots in thirty seconds, and faster than ever and they even recovered all of my files including my MS Office Licensed Program. I highly recommend them for your repairs. I was at this location to resolve an issue with my iPhone 12 charging port. I was super sure it had to be changed since there was considerable wiggle room after i inserted a charging cable or my wired headset (yes, I still use a wired headset). The person I spoke to, Glenda, was very helpful and courteous. She told me that I likely needed a cleaning of the port and nothing else. The gentleman who worked on my phone was also super helpful and took time to explain the issue to me. Net result is that the charging cables and headsets now sit quite firm in the port. There is some wiggle but this is totally normal. They could have easily replaced the port and charged me $130 but were honest and did what was needed to resolve my problem. Glenda also added a note to waive my port cleaning fee if I ended up needing a port replacement. Very happy with this location! read more

Wow - talk about a company that does not act like they care about the customer. The people working in this location are friendly and professional, but are not empowered or given the systems or tools to service their clientele. Besides being unable to resolve my issue, which was not complex, was covered under insurance and the parts were available, you could here from the back room, what sounded like a district manager talking about all her problem stores, HR issues and other complaints instead of talking to customers and show any curiosity about their needs. Asurion' so home system is a million times worse and makes me long for the days of two Tim cans and a string. End of the day, the store may want to give service or think they do, but are o visually hampered by bad systems and lack of corporate support. read more

This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had regarding electronics. I brought my Nintendo Switch in for a cracked housing cover. This was supposed to be a 3 day repair and ended up taking 3 weeks. First they replaced it with a use and heavily worn housing cover. When I called them out on it they offered to replace it with a new one, but when I got it back half of the speaker was hanging out and there were screws missing. After all of that, they returned it with a bubble in the screen protector they put on. I asked for a refund for labor, but offered to pay for parts. They told me they wouldn't give any level of refund, and only offered to undo the repair and refund all of my money. Obviously after 3 weeks I don't want to start over again at a new location. God knows what's missing or damaged inside the device. I will never come back to this location again and certainly won't recommend it to even my worst enemies. read more

I really don't write reviews, but you need to know that this place is a rip off. I went here for a phone screen replacement, and had to come back because the screen they replaced it with was defective. I got their mistake fixed, no questions asked, but they replaced the screen incorrectly. The whole side of the glass was popping out of the phone. Fast forward a two weeks, I got really sick and had to quarantine in case it was COVID. In that time, the screen cracked IN MY POCKET because it wasn't installed properly. They told me that because it had cracked that it negated to warrantee. TL;DR This place is too expensive and will mess up with the replacement. Sometimes they use faulty parts. Don't go here if you don't want to come back multiple times before it's actually fixed. read more

Do not bring anything to this place. The "manager" is an incompetent loser. They didn't fix my phone screen properly. I brought it back the next day. They refused to fix it because they wanted me to go through insurance again, despite the fact that they have a 90 day warranty. The manager is as ignorant as they come. He doesn't know who owns his place of employment. He told me the insurance company owns it, I asked him to call the insurance company, he said he can't because they have nothing to do with them.. While waiting over 4 hours, I watched at least 8 customers come in saying they were here within the last week and their repair didn't work. They make warranty repairs wait, they take people paying retail first because this place doesn't believe in first come first serve. I asked them to show me the screen the took off the second time so I can verify that they even attempted to fix it, and he refused, and answered with yelling at me, which is a classic defense of someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. Scheduled an appointment through their website. Received email appointment confirmation and a separate email regarding price. Though depending on how busy they are, walk-ins are totally acceptable... I just really hate waiting and prefer appointments. Staff was totally nice, pleasant and professional. Confirmed my issue, price and approximate time to fix (45min). There was another customer that came before me, so told me it'll be ready in 1.5hrs. No problem. Grabbed lunch, came back 1.5hrs later. Phone looks good as new! My trusty MacBook Pro went on the fritz today. After spending some time on the phone with some other providers, I took my Mac here. And I'm glad I did. The amazing tech behind the counter was swamped today so he couldn't look at it until Monday. He suggested that in the meantime I return the machine to its factory settings. I brought me printer in for repair and they said they will give me a call in 24-48 hours. They did call 6 days later and told me that I have to ship it to Florida to there main service center only to find out that it is unrepairable and someone will get in contact with you to see what they are going to do. Every stage in this process no one calls back when they are going to do. The manager of the Paramus store rather stay in the back room instead of helping the customers. read more

Came in here last Thursday with a broken screen on my IPhone 7. It is my work phone and I accidentally dropped it and its case and screen shattered. A nice young gentlemen ran a quick diagnostic test on it determined it could be replaced, and started his work, explaining that it will be 90 bucks plus tax, with a timeframe of 45 minutes to complete. Well lucky me, 95 dollars, including tax and 20 minutes later, I left the store with a new screen on a great device. read more

Brought my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus in for a battery and screen replacement on Saturday May 1st. Aside from the manager Dina who was very pleasant the experience ranked as one of the worst that I've ever had with a local business. I'm not going to get into a he said she said discussion. My camera lens was harmed which is no big deal as these things happen. It was the way the young man who answered the phone around 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday May 4th at the Paramus store dealt with it. No question he had a screw loose and in 62 years never experienced that kind of unprovoked rudeness. Even though they would probably fix the phone (especially to get me to change the review) I don't trust that man to not intentionally sabotage the phone. I am taking the phone somewhere else and now paying twice. I have since found out that two other people with iPhones had problems too. I have to rank the store one star. I'm not one to go out of my way to make reviews, but people need to be warned about this place. My husband and I brought our phones there to get very MINOR cracks fixed, to which we soon found out they were not able to fix. They actually brought out our phones in worse condition than we left - they actually put my husbands old cracked screen on my phone (the screen they out back on had a crack on the opposite side that my original screen had and we soon realized they put my husbands screen on my phone) and tried to give my husbands phone back with a way worse cracked screen (you literally could not even see the apps, etc. that's how bad it was). They tried to say that our phones were "tampered" with somehow (yeah, ok) and that now they could not be calibrated. Once we complained, they took my husbands phone back and "miraculously" fixed it with a brand new screen (seems a little shady they were able to fix it that fast but originally tried to say it was beyond repair). Now mind you, now my phone wasn't in workable condition (the home button no longer worked and I couldn't get into my phone, which wasn't a problem at all before we brought it them). They completely ruined my phone when it had absolutely no problem prior to bringing it there and made it unusable. And let's not mention the disgusting attitude we got from the lady there - she was horrible and should not be in customer service. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! read more
