Took 40$ for fixing my iPhone 6 screen. Other places were charging me 75-100$. Service was quick. read more

This place deserves ten stars. Sam is kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very patient with us and our very complicated set up of our new phone. His price for my son's new phone was reasonable and he even set it up for us even though it was complicated. I definitely recommend this place! read more

My IPhone stopped charging properly and they cleaned it and it is now working again. Great job at a fair price.

went in to get a cell phone plan for a friend who was injured and in bed. I had the most friendly and pleasant experience with the store manager. I was in and out of the store with the phone connected within 7 minutes. Highly recommended! read more

I made a purchase last month from this business through Back Market. I had high hopes because the 13 pro max arrived in beautiful shape...cosmetically but had to be returned since it did function properly. A shipping label was provided, the item was boxed up securely and taken to UPS for shipping. Things went from bad to worse quickly. I was told the box had arrived at the destination empty and it was even suggested that I might have forgotten to pack it. If so they would happily provide another shipping label. Seriously?!?! When I insisted that a full box was shipped out, they said they would investigate. Provided I was able to prove my identity. I don't know how many forms of ID it takes before you think your credentials might be stolen but the thought crossed my mind after submitting multiple forms. After going back and forth about the kind of forms and how they were submitted a new twist was added. Now I have to submit a police report!!! Against who I have no idea and the "Customer Champion" won't say. So here I am. almost a month later, no phone, no replacement, no refund and a $600 loss. read more

I bought a phone online, and when I received it, the product had deep scratches on the screen. I did not get the quality that I paid for. Manager was polite. However, I paid express shipping for a phone case, and since the phone I bought was damaged, I spent a bunch of money for nothing and ended up losing money due to poor service. Don't order online-- go in person if anything. read more

Super fast & reasonable price. Super local to my house. But they told me the glass was supposed to be this special glass comparable with the iPhone original glass but right after I got my phone fixed I would constantly have a message that something was wrong with my glass? Very weird read more

Great prices and great customer service! I went to the apple store to get my battery and screen replaced and they charged me $400 while this place took $150. Service is quick, good quality, and affordable. read more

Accidentally dropped my iPhone, broke the screen and need a replacement. Showed up at noon was leaving at 12:30. Great price and convenient. My only comment would be, their replacement screens are not the same quality of the original iPhone screen. While I do not personally care all that much. Potential costumers having the options(with pricing to reflect) of a Apple quality or slightly below Apple quality should be an option at time of drop off. My customer service, price, and overall experience was very good. read more

I had a problem with my laptop that needed to be fixed and cleaned. They were fast and courteous and the price was amazingly reasonable. My family had used them before for phone related issues and they were amazing for them as well. We will definitely be going to them for all of our technology related transactions/repairs. read more

I broke the glass on my MacBook Pro. The only thing that broke was the glass, not the lcd screen itself. My laptop is 8 years old and I just use it for college so I got a few quotes. The other places were outrages prices to replace a glass that cost $15 dollars give or take. But tech plug had the best price and the service was great from the speedy replies to the nice guy working in the front. They did the fix extremely fast and I was able to continue my school work without waiting days or a week like the other places were estimating. Highly recommend this place, real easy to deal with and my laptop looks brand new again! BEST PRICES JUST MESSAGE THEM. read more

I dropped my phone, the glass screen got shattered and it stopped working, it was a horrible feeling because I need my phone for my business 24/7... before ordering a new one I decided to take it to Tech Plug in Elmwood Park, my decision was based entirely on the good reviews... that was the best thing I did, the guy at the store was very courteous, knowledgeable and had great COVID safety practices, he diagnosed the damage and fixed it within 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable... I'll recommend this place to everyone I know. read more

Ok, so he charges you around $65-70 to replace a screen, but that's because he uses very cheap glue and screens. My screen was falling off in the top left corner within a day of repair, also the color was very dull after I got it back. One drop in the car and it shatters all over again underneath the tempered glass! The white part of the face of the screen was peeling off underneath the glass (see photos) so I called him and he said he'll replace the screen for cost of materials which is $30. I ended up flying out a few days later so never got a chance to see him. So anyway, I'm in Seattle and go to a shop with 5 star reviews from over 400 people and I tell the owner my story. He replaces the screen and brings out the damaged one and shows me and explains the different parts of said screen. There's a silver part that is basically what allows the touch screen to work, and said it was basically a cheap refurbished one that he suspects he got from China that was put on my phone and he used cheap glue which is why it was peeling off bit by bit. The dull color he says is also from cheap parts. You get what you pay for! If it's cheap in cost to repair, it's because it's cheap in quality. These guys are really nice, don't get me wrong. So nice, but this was very disappointing. read more

I love this place. It's so convenient and they are really helpful. I have gone to them to repair my screen and they use good quality and know what they are doing. Also had a battery installed. I send lots of people to them. I hope they stick around. The guys that work there are very knowledgeable and nice. I just purchased a new used phone from them. Great deal and was able to trade in an old phone for reasonable price. It was my birthday so he gave me a free screen protector. The phone comes with 90 day warranty. And the best part is he helped me upload all my content to new phone and factory reset the old one so I had nothing to mess with setting up. Really great place! read more

My apple watch screen cracked and I called everywhere trying to get a good price, but every place quoted the same price as a new apple watch. Long story short, my son shattered his iPhone 6 screen while we were at a party (he sat on the bag we had it in). I saw someone post a great recommendation for this place on a Facebook group I'm in so we stopped in on our way home. In and out in 15 minutes (we went for ice cream a few doors down while we waited) and $60 bucks for a new screen and protector. You can't go wrong. Highly recommend!! read more

Cracked a screen once went to another store in Ridgewood they repaired the phone at a higher price with an aftermarket screen It was never seated right and a screw was placed in the wrong place . when I crack it again before a business trip the owner gave me a loaner (iPhone 6s at no charge) because I couldn't wait read more
