I always bring my cell phones for all of my repairs ! Their service is excellent, and I highly recommend ! 5 Stars read more

They were pleasant, not outstanding customer service but it is Jersey (no shade) so I wasn't expecting a lot. Speed was great, I was out of there in about 20 minutes. Four stars instead of five for two reasons: 1. I made an appointment online and that didn't matter because at check in they asked all the information I'd already submitted. So I wasted time at home. 2. The misnomer of "repair"; they replaced my screen with an aftermarket display that Apple apparently doesn't recognize. I'm nervous it will malfunction in the future but at least there is a warranty. read more

These guys are the BEST! Speedy service by great professionals! I highly recommend for cell phone service! They also have a great selection of used/reconditioned phones for sale. Anthony is friendly and detailed. read more

They fixed my phone so that was good. Unfortunately after they fixed the back of my phone, my LCD screen needed to be fixed. I had to come in the next day to try to fix that. They told me to come a different day to get it fixed. The time until the next day came I realized my flashlight didn't work either. They didn't charge me to fix the flashlight and LCD that they broke, however it would've been nice if they didn't break it in the first place. Nice people though. read more

Terrible place I brought my laptop to get fix for a screen repair and I didn't even get it fix and they told me my laptop motherboard wasn't working so they refuse to fix it. I took it to a different IT Tech and I was told that i had pieces missing from my laptop they ended up taking my ram out of my pc and they never called me to see if their was any update I had to be the one calling them read more

If my rating was based on my screen replacement alone I would give this business five stars. My screen was completely shattered and replaced at an affordable price. However i'm giving 3 stars because ever since i got my apple watch back from here my battery is shot. It doesn't even last a few hours. My watch didn't come in with that issue yet left with one. So basically my watch is now sitting in a drawer because it doesn't stay on long enough to wear. Very upsetting . I would suggest if anyone sends there things to be fixed document whatever pieces your item contain if possible. read more

We have been loyal customers for a long time. They always fixed my phone nicely. Recently, I had two screen breaks on my macbook air. The first screen they gave me lasted 6 months and this recent screen they put lasted 2 months. I am very upset by this. I really needed the computer because of uni so I got it fixed again there cause they said it would be fast and last long. I'm very upset the screen only lasted less than 2 months. The worst part is I never dropped it or anything I had it always on my desk. They said it broke due to pressure on it. The only pressure it had was when I closed it. They would refuse to give us a discount or replace it. I will not be coming back here anymore. Rude customer service and cheap products. read more

I change my screen and I wasn't happy at all. $120 and ever since I change my screen my phone keeps changing into a black background on its own. the All these guy workers are so rude. They don't say hi or say do you need anything. Zero education and class. Plus I came and counter guy wasn't wearing mask nor some customers !!! Really ? They truly have no customer service skills. Why come here if you can go somewhere where they do appreciate your service read more

I had a great experience from start to finish. They seemed to be one of the only phone repair shops open on an early Saturday morning. They fixed my iPhone screen with no problem, it looks like new! They were friendly and took care of me from start to finish. The shop was also clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends if you ever go through the horror of cracking your screen (hopefully never, but here we are ) read more

not very good customer service, iphone color will not be same because they use low quality replacement parts yet charge you 117$ for screen replacement (told me it was authorized). better to just go to Apple since you cannot trade in after going here read more

WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE. Someone recommended I go here to get my broken screen repaired, and it was the worst mistake of my life. The initial experience was very pleasant. The place smelled good and had a very clean and neat appearance. My phone was repaired and in excellent working condition when I left. When I came in for the repair, the sales associate told me it would take an hour to fix, and told me I needed to give him my password. I thought nothing of this and gave it to him right away. Not until the next day did it come to my realization that the sales associate used my password to access my personal photographs and messages. He then sent 10 revealing photos of myself to his own number, thinking he'd get away with it because he deleted the evidence from the actual phone. I found out because my iMessage is connected with my macbook, so whatever messages that are sent/received on the phone will also show up on the computer. The repair took no where near an hour, but I left the place because I did not want to sit there for that long. He sent himself the photos about 30 minutes after I dropped my phone off, which was shown on the timestamp on the message thread, which indicates the phone was repaired at least 30 minutes before the proclaimed hour was up. There were no criminal charges made against him because the offense was not considered to be serious enough. As of today, the associate still has his job. I am unsure of what actions will be taken after today, but I think it is everyones right to know what happened to me and why they should be very careful when dealing with this place. I don't know if I am the first victim of this or if I will be the last, but I may have been the only one to catch him. This place advertises professionalism and great customer service, but this was the worst experience of my life. I would not recommend this place whatsoever, and it is unfortunate that justice will not be served in this case. read more

My iPhone 7plus hit the 2 year mark and had its logic board died. While Apple shrugged their shoulders and walked me over to the sales department, these guys fixed it. Professionalism, expertise, and customer friendly. What else do you want? read more

Quick and great service. Samsung Galaxy S4 screen repair was done while I waited. Less than an hour. Parking lot right next door. $1 an hour so very cheap. place is very new, clean, has plenty of items to choose from. will return. read more

Great place with good customer service. My phone screen wasn't working and my battery would always die, even if I was 50% charge. I figured paying for a new screen and battery replacement and tuning my phone in for a free upgrade would be cheaper than paying the upgrade fee. I brought my phone in and went shopping around the area. It took about an hour to complete. I really liked how it turned out. It feels new again. To top it off, the total only came out to 110 which included a new battery, screen replacement, and complimentary tempered glass. I would definitely recommend others to go here. At other places I got quoted for 135 and up! I would come back here again for future purchases for my phone. They also have a clearance place where you can buy items for 5.00. read more

Nice and cheap! We'll be back in sox months! Good work! Phones are cheap and good! Would recommend to everybody looking for a quick fix

Great service by some knowledgeable young guys. Had my cracked Ipad screen repair within an hour. Reasonably priced.

No warranty. I fixed my screen here, in less than a month while changing covers it craked in the middle of the screen. It also had sensory problem after the change. I called in hopes of replacing the screen since it was under a month and they told me the warranty was done since the screen craked. In my observation the screen is off bad quality & I'll no longer do business with this company. They have no cares as far as having good customer service. read more

They may be good for repairing phones, but I WOULD NOT recommend this place for Apple Watch repairs. I brought my Apple Watch in to get my screen repairs. The first time I got it back, the screen started coming off. I noticed that my watch was also not charging. I took it back for them to repair the screen and they "krazy glued" it back on. Additionally, my Apple Watch no longer works because it totally stopped charging. Nothing was wrong with the battery prior to me bringing it in to get the screen fixed. Even with a cracked screen, my watch was charging. read more

Broken screen to brand new screen in 20minutes!! The service was great, loved it:))))

I came across their website looking for someone to possibly fix my iPad Air 2. On the website it says that the cost to replace a broken screen and LCD is $139.00 and to replace the screen is $89.00. I came in to have the screen fix and the gentleman comes and tells me that it's exactly $250.00. So you can imagine my shock when the actual price is over 100 dollars more than what they actually tell you it is on their website. That is what you call a bait and switch and false advertisement. They have no intention of honoring their prices and that's truly a shame. I could see if it said: "prices starting at." Or something remotely close to that but it just says "services for iPad Air 2." Now they said it's because they have to order a part, but again they don't tell you this on the website. I didn't allow them anywhere near my device, I'll find someone else a bit more honest from jump street and gladly pay the 250 to them! UPDATE: Please note that the store comments that I looked at the wrong iPad as if I don't know what device I own. On the website they listed the price as 139 and between the time I posted this review and they responded, they changed the price to make it look like my error... Folks this is shady business management. A simple acknowledgement of error would have sufficed....please be careful who you choose to trust with your very expensive and personal belongings. read more
