Amazing service. Owner is very accommodating and knows his stuff. Good and patient tech support.

I broke my screen on my old phone and couldn't transfer the data to my new phone. The screen was completely unresponsive and I really wanted my photos (didnt have them backed up). Took it to the store and the owner gave me a temporary screen and let me use the stores wifi to transfer the data. The owner was very nice and patient with me and only charged me $60 for the whole thing whereas his greedy competition down the street (The Fix) was trying to charge me $200 like i was stupid or smth. Overall it was a good experience if ur in hoboken go here. read more

This is the first time I used the Yelp Help thing, where you write what your needs are, and they send it out to a few people for bidding. So easy, and worked out so well... I went to Ray in a panic thinking the entirety of NYC was going to be closed down imminently (virus!), and needing my glass, and lcd repaired on my iPhone, (he had THE best price btw), and the fastest service, and he stayed super calm, while I was being chicken little, so thank you for that zen moment while I was trying to get out of the city! PS - Phone is working like new, and looks great. read more

Thank you Hoboken Wireless! I've been lucky to this point. I've had several iPhones since they've come out and never had a shattered screen or device from dropping. Until the other day. I can't be without my phone. I've heard of long lines and waiting times that queue for days. So when I found Hoboken Wireless was open on Sunday, I ran down, hoping to beat the lines. They took me right away. Just a few people in front of me. When I got to the front of the line, Nas worked with me, determined what my immediate need was and committed to having the job done the same day . Hoboken Wireless also has a great assortment of Shatter Proof cases and other stuff. I picked up an awesome new Shatter Proof Case and screen protection film. I love shopping in hometown Hoboken and Hoboken Wireless is a great example why. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Hoboken Wireless. PS- I've dropped my phone twice since my working with Hoboken Wireless. The phone is safe and sound. Yay!!!!!!! read more

I've only had fantastic service here from the owner who, with his son, has repaired my phones several different times with excellent care and for reasonable prices. He has also done repair very quickly. I only go to him now! read more

Daughter goes to school at Stevens and her phone would no longer charge. I found Hoboken Wireless with google and they had great reviews so I sent her there. They replaced the battery and the charging port on the spot. They also gave her a student discount. Thank you !!! read more

Really, As good as it gets. We´ve used them twice now and we could not be happier with the service. It´s a family run business where people actually care and show appreciation for their customers. They fixed my wife´s screen twice (yep, she refuses to use a phone case). That´s how much she loves this service! The second time it happened the phone didn´t work well so we called them back to see what they could do about it. They told me to come by and they will fix it no problem. When we got there they asked me if I had the receipt, which of course I didn´t, and they told me not to worry. I ended up finding it later but he only used it to find the reference number. They would have fixed it anyway. It´s nice to know they are right here in Hoboken and that all my phone problems will be fixed by hones and professional people. I recommend it! read more

Ray is 100% a professional - I dropped my phone off this morning, checked in on it this afternoon and Ray showed me the progress, but he needs to keep my phone overnight to fix a part that requires a piece in his other store. He gave me a loaner in the meantime and my experience today has been delightful. I will update my review when I pick up my phone tomorrow to reflect the condition of my device. Ray, thank you for the service today! Updating reflecting on my phone -100% working condition when I handed it in it looked like it'd never work again. Thank you Ray!!! read more

Got my iPhone screen replaced here. Great service. Got some lunch in the area and the phone was ready for pickup right away.

I called Hoboken Wireless last week because I believed I had a damaged headphone jack on my Galaxy S7, and I was told that the parts would be ordered and the replacement would be a very reasonable fee. I came in today to schedule the work, and the technician immediately discovered that there was something lodged inside, pulled it out and sent me happily on my way (*without costing me a cent). I cannot recommend Hoboken Wireless more highly, because of their expert technicians, their friendly demeaner, and they're exceptionally noble business ethic. read more

Had a cracked and unresponsive iPhone screen. Messaged Ray via Yelp to get a quote and he responded promptly. Went that same day to get my screen fixed and had my phone back within 20 minutes. Ray even threw in a free screen protector. Would have had to wait until Friday to get a Genius Bar appointment and this was half the price. Would recommend if you want immediate attention, quality work, and an affordable price. read more

I got my phone's back camera fixed this past November. It took very quick for the guy to fix my phone. Also he changed my screen protector free of charge unless it was included with the price. But it took the guy very quick and he was very nice. I wish I remembered his name to give him a shoutout but a place I would recommend to go if needing your phone fixed. read more

My iPhone screen broke and in 15 minutes my phone was back! The 2 men behind the counter were super nice and helpful! I got my screen fixed a little over a month ago at ipulse and had to go back the next morning because the screen they put on immediately didn't work. They had no more in stock. The second screen they put on never worked right either. This screen is better and cheaper then ipulse. Do your favor and give them a try! read more

If you're looking for a 5 star service, this is it!! I went in today with a cracked screen and it was fixed within 15 mins. If you are looking for a small business to support, don't look further. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family. Thank you!!! read more

Hoboken Wireless was a lifesaver! I dropped my phone on concrete and the screen was completely shattered. It hurt to touch - little glass shards were sticking out of the phone. I was so mad thinking about paying $120+ in the Apple Store and waiting days for an appointment. I decided to try Hoboken Wireless, and it was truly the quickest and easiest process I've ever had. Ahmad was professional and extremely reassuring - he fixed my phone in 25 minutes! I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked out of there with a phone that looked just like new. The cost to fix... $85. THANK YOU for not only being reasonable, but accommodating to my needs. read more

Great, timely and extremely professional service! I had some water damage and got to the store with 20 mins to close. He was kind enough to diagnose and fix it very quickly. Thank you Hoboken Wireless :) read more

As a parent of young children, I find myself in constant need of fixing multiple iPads. Being a repeat customer, it's nice being recognized (a point or pride or shame?). Service is always quick and priced very fair for the work done. They fixed 3 iPad this trip, all three with screens cracked beyond use. One also with a charger port problem. One also with a power button problem. 3 days later and I have 3 fully working iPads and a return of normalcy in my house where my kids aren't using (stealing) my iPad. read more

The customer service here is top notch. My friend got her iPhone screen fixed here and shortly afterward noticed her phone was phantom scrolling so she took it back the next day and they re did the job for free. They even added a screen protector, twice! The prices are also very reasonable. We would recommend to anyone looking to get their phone fixed. read more

Hoboken Wireless is a great neighborhood joint with reliable and friendly service. I messaged Hoboken Wireless for a quote for a screen replacement on Sunday around 8 am and received a response within minutes. Once the business opened, I walked in, and I was attended to within minutes. Twenty minutes after I walked in, I had a brand new screen for $85, plus a screen protector for no extra charge. I would highly recommend Hoboken Wireless to anyone looking for reliable and economical phone repairs. read more

I came in with a cracked iPhone 7plus screen. Although there were other customers in the store and Ray was the only one on duty, he eventually got to my phone and repaired it, only to find that the brand new screen had a non-responsive area. He immediately took the phone back and replaced it with another new screen, which works perfectly. For the extra waiting period, he placed a tempered glass screen protector on my phone gratis. This repair was 3/5 of the price that Apple and Best Buy quoted. Thank you Ray. read more

Yesterday, My iPhone X hit the floor screen side down and I just innately knew this was the big one. I picked up my phone to see a terrible crack that exacerbated the leaking LCD on the bottom right corner from a fall months prior. I contacted Hoboken Wireless via yelp for a quote and they were super prompt in responding! Stopped in today and after 30 minutes on a beautiful sunny day, my screen looks as good as new for an affordable price! He even put on a complimentary screen protector. Hopefully, I won't need to return anytime soon unless it's to purchase accessories. But again thank you so much! read more

Ray is very professional, kind and educated person. He was very diligent doing the battery replacement. It's a plus that he repairs your iPhone in front of you. It's hard to find a place where you can trust and leave for a while something very valuable for you. read more

I have never actually enjoyed getting a phone fixed before, but Ray at Hoboken Wireless was fantastic. I have a pretty beat-up iPhone 6 and last night I dropped it again, and the screen came off the frame a little. The phone and screen still worked, but you could see a bit of separation at the top and sides of the metal frame, which I figured probably wasn't great. I went on Yelp to find a phone repair place, and messaged two businesses for a quote at 11:52 PM, not expecting a reply until morning. Hoboken Wireless messaged me ten minutes later at 12:02 AM (seriously?! Wow!) with a $15 quote, so I decided to drop by. Truthfully, I was kind of wishing I hadn't picked a place in Hoboken because I live in Jersey City with no car, and ideally I'd want a place that's not as far of a walk, but I went anyway and I'm so glad I did. Ray took a look and in about two seconds he could tell that beyond the frame issue, I'd bent some screws and my battery wasn't doing so great. But even though he could see what was going on, he never did any pushy upselling - just gave me an friendly, honest assessment of what he saw and fixed the frame for me in under a minute. And to top it all off, he didn't even charge me because he said it was such a simple fix. The fact that he was willing to be so honest and kind from the very first visit spoke volumes about Hoboken Wireless's integrity and how they've done business for so long. No need to nickel and dime people when a business can trust the quality of their work to keep people coming back! I hope I never need a repair again, but if I or anyone else I know ever does, I'll happily make the trip to Hoboken to get it taken care of. Thanks again!! read more

They did a really good job fixing my cracked phone and It didn't cost much either. Would recommend.

Ray is a genuine person who believes in customer satisfaction to the fullest. I had a long standing problem with my Iphone's charging port. Ray fixed it in no time for a reasonable price which btw was the lowest amongst all quotes in the area. While fixing the charging port, he also fixed faulty speaker for no cost. A fantastic experience overall. read more

Great job! Super friendly and fixed my phone quickly. A week has gone by and my phone works like new! Thank you so much !

I have an iPhone 6 and I cracked my screen by dropping a 80lbs dumbbell on it. I took it to Apple and they advise not to fix it because there was a slight bend on the phone. They advise me to purchase a whole new phone. I called Nas at Hoboken wireless. He took one look at it and said yes I can fix this. Short time later I was walking out with a completely fixed phone. read more

Hoboken Wireless - From cracked to new - Mobile Phones Near Me - Hoboken, New Jersey

Dropped my phone and stepped on it. End result was multiple cracks with chunks of glass coming off. Not cute. Took it to Apple and they quoted me $300 to fix (allegedly in addition to the cracks, my phone was bent, though not discernible to any reasonable person's naked eye). They also advised that they couldn't get it back to me until the following day. Obviously I wasn't keen to invest that much on an iPhone 6 that I'm planning to upgrade in the near future. Went back to Nas at Hoboken Wireless who's helped me in the past and for $100 he repaired the screen to perfection with a new glass screen protector and all in an hour. Great service and exceedingly fair prices. Highly recommended! read more

The staff were very helpful and insightful. It was a great price, quick and my screen seems to be good as new. Thank you! Update: had a slight issue later in the day after getting it fixed. Went back and they took care of it immediately. Very helpful read more

Had broken my phone a few weeks ago and had read glowing reviews about Ray and his team at Hoboken Wireless so, I decided to give it a shot. I panicked because as soon as he took my phone apart to fix it, he had said that it wouldn't turn back on. He assured me not to be nervous, gave me a temporary phone to use for 24 hours and even called me an Uber home when I was unable to remember my Apple iPhone password to download Uber. I was nervous about leaving my phone overnight with Ray, as it is always scary to leave so much personal info with a stranger. However, he was true to his word. He fixed my phone and it looks brand new. Thank you, Ray! It was worth the wait. Don't hesitate to get anything fixed here. They're wonderfully kind, respectful and honest. read more
