However, after I make a purchase in the store , the promotion wasn't applied. After repeatedly calling and returning to the store, about three months later, the manager finally reinstated the promotion. But he also added a charge--$25 per month extra for each line--and told me that if I moved the promotion, it would disappear. I asked why they didn't inform me earlier, and they just said, 'It is what it is,' and refused to help further. Very disappointed by their lack of communication and customer support." When I at T. Mobile I paid $25 for each line. Now I pay 34+8 fees +(10+10+5++5 for Add)=$72 for each line and the signal, too bad, the Internet too slow!!! (Do not switch to Verizon)

Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. I was finally making a move from Xfinity and after a lot of thought, decided on Verizon Fios. This place was the closest for me to collect my Fios router and we locked it too. The age of internet makes things so simple that we set up the pick up to payment everything online and just had to show up at the store for pickup. The shop is among the many stores that the mall area offers and hence parking was not at all a problem. They had a good respect for the pandemic and strict rules to follow Social distancing and wearing masks inside the shop. We waited in the line and when our turn came up, gave my phone number and after verification, the service person brought our router and we were on our way out in no matter of time. PS - As far as the router, it has been a terrific purchase after a long battle of slowness issues we fought with Xfinity.

It's been several months now and you can't tell the screen was replaced. No issues with responsiveness, touch sensitivity or anything at all. Highly recommended and will be my first choice in case of future needs.

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.

This is a complaint for authorized retailer Boost of Bayonne located at 559 Broadway, Bayonne, NJ…read more07002. The phone number is (201) 455-8890. On 2/24, I attempted to redeem an offer that Boost Mobile only offers through dedicated Boost Mobile stores where you can purchase an iPhone 5/S for $99. I searched for over two hours calling different authorized dealers who did not pick up the phone or did not have the phone in stock. I finally called Boost of Bayonne which had the device in stock. Initially, the employee confirmed that I was a new account before confirming that he had the requested model in stock, as he clearly wanted the new activation commission. Already, I felt uneasy, but I skipped my planned dinner, and headed over to the store to purchase the iPhone. The employee at the store was sarcastic and rude from the onset of the transaction constantly calling his partner for assistance and speaking in Arabic while laughing the entire time. Anyway, so the employee tells me that I have to pay for the unlimited plan at $60. I countered that no other store in the past few days had mentioned that to me. He then tells me that it was Boost policy and that I could just go on the website and downgrade it immediately. I countered that sounded so fishy and I also countered that it did not indicate that in the promotional literature or the Boost website. The employee then fessed up and admitted his boss told him that he could only sell the iphones with the $60 unlimited data plan. I informed him that I was in telecom sales in the past and I knew exactly what he was trying to do so I took my phone out and dialed Boost Mobile customer service. He suddenly got nervous and started fidgeting while calling someone on the phone. Finally, he tells me, "okay buddy, I will give it to you for the $35 price, no worry" so he allegedly enters the phone ESN into the Boost system. Suddenly, he tells me that the system is not taking the phone info. I aske him to try another phone and he lied stating it was his last phone despite mentioning he had PHONES in stock on the phone. I give him a look that indicated I knew he was lying. He offered to show me the screen and tried to take a picture with his cell but his hands kept shaking because he was clearly nervous from lying. I walked out, called Boost Mobile, they offered no resolution but to sell me the phone for an extra $50 dollars. I declined and then the supervisor told me he was sorry and that I should call more stores to find the phone. Ridiculous resolution for attempt at fraud because clearly Sprint is so desperate for business after falling to 4th largest carrier in the industry that they do not care about resolving anything. I would have liked the business to have been reprimanded by Boost Mobile for fraud. The experience with the authorized retailer is unacceptable. The way Boost Mobile customer service is equipped to deal with a problem like this is also unacceptable. This is the reason why Sprint has the horrible reputation it has in the wireless industry.

I would recommend this store for anyone in need of cellphone repairs. Even if you don't have service with Boost, they'll still do their best to help!
