I looked forward for this place due to all the reviews. I was so patient when they told me it would literally take 5 hours to fix my phone, then they did not have the right screen so they had to order it. Came in a second time to finally get it fixed. FINALLY got it fixed, the color looked OFF but I thought, its ok, I spent about $130 on this screen I can put up with that. Literally, 2 months later the screen they put on got unstuck, here im thinking, ok things happen. I brought it back to them and the rep had the audacity to tell me that it was "out of warranty". Guess they give you 30 days, but a situation where the glue is not properly applied should be outside of this period. The rep then said he would try to fix the one I had on there, I thought "ok wonderful, maybe its just reconnecting it and gluing it appropriately". He tries to look at it and then BREAKS my face ID port. Wait not done... he then says he has to ORDER the part so I have to now COME BACK to get fixed what he broke. WOW This is ridiculous that a place can provide such bad customer service. There are many other places to go, I refuse to ever go back here again. Dont always go for the cheapest service. I would much have preferred to pay a different price for a service dont RIGHT. Horrible!!! read more

Hubby needed the lightning port replaced on his phone because the phone wasn't charging. The cheerful proprietor said of course he could replace it. It took 15 minutes. Cost $45. read more

I had to bring my computer here twice. The screen on my Mac did not work and they told me they can fix it. The first time they fixed it the screen it was able to last 6 months. I brought it back (regret doing so) then 3 weeks later it breaks again. After giving this company $500 they wanted more money to fix their mistake. I took it to another repair company and Apple and both said this was done poorly. They glued the motherboard which did not have to happen. If you call the company the owner gets nasty with you. STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST COMING HERE!!! I Was completely ripped off. I had a crack in my phone that spread into the hardwiring and had to have my screen replaced. Screen replacement was $190 and was able to get for $170. While the man was very nice, he replaced my phone screen with a fake apple screen which had several issues with the touchscreen (when holding my phone, my palm would be putting in my passcode and locking me out). Less than a week later my nephew dropped my phone in a shallow puddle. While this wouldn't normally be a problem because iPhones and apple screens are water resistant (or something at least rice can fix) it completely broke the screen, making it black and unusable. I couldn't exchange because of water damage, so I had to get AN ENTIRELY NEW IPHONE!!! Spent nearly $500 in total that I didn't have in less than a week. read more

I went in because my old phone case got sticky and I needed a new one. Had great service and the employe knew what he was talking about. Really nice to! And he made sure that my case was perfect before giving it to me (making sure it the case fit and the screen protectant was put on properly). He also recommended me the cheaper option (I came to get my case fixed and he told me it would be cheaper to just get a new case all together) which to me, showed he had the customers best interest in mind. Many better places right in Hoboken. Had to return 4 times for a single screen issue. First time and second time the screen was glitching, also had to come back to speak with someone in charge as there is a condescending tone from the people here. I had to bring a very old phone in for repair - these guys offered me a great price on the service but after initial inspection they realized that it was going to take more time than we had initially thought.
