I took my iPhone 14 Pro Max here to get the back glass repaired before the holidays. I got it back and there was a clear line of glue on the back of the screen. I called and the guy told me to come in. He acted confused and that it wasn't a big deal that there was glue but 1 it's visible- see pictures and 2 the phone stinks like metal. Mind you, I've had this phone for 3 years now and have never had a problem with the back up until it fell out of my pocket with no case when playing fetch with my dog. This phone has withstood many falls with no case and hasn't broken aside from that one time. Furthermore, he had to keep it for 1.5 hours to repair. I couldn't do that at the time because I needed my phone for work so I left. The NEXT DAY the back glass shatters with a case on. The holidays pass and I come in and ask him to look up my profile to when I came in because the phone still stinks and the glass on the back has cracked now. He cannot find any details on me probably because I paid cash. Anyway, wanted me to pay in full again $20 off big whoop. Just overall terrible customer service and service in general! Not how you run a business. Go somewhere in Montclair, I've never had a problem there. read more

Very sketchy looking place. Needed an iphone screen repair. Screen replacement was subpar, not equivalent to the Apple original. The very next day appeared a $50 fraudulent charge on my credit card from a computer related company in FL. Can't say for sure, but have good reason for suspicion since I hadn't used that credit card for at least a month prior. read more

Do not take your Apple devices here! I recently had my IPhone and iPad's screens replaced here. After the repairs were done, my iPhone won't boot up and my iPad constantly times out. Even when I'm watching Netflix. The owner told me it was an existing software issue. He won't take responsibility for his mistakes! Do not take your apple devices here. I recently had an iPhone and an iPad fixed here. They both had cracked screens. He completely ruined my iPhone, I can't even get it to boot up now and I had to buy a new one. My iPad has a problem now where it constantly times out. The owner tried to blame it on existing conditions, but trust me, the only problems they had were cracked screens. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and have your apple devices fixed at the apple store! The owner replied back and said this is a software issue. This is his BS excuse for breaking my devices. If my phone would not boot up in the first place, then why would I bother to have the screen fixed? My phone and iPad were working absolutely perfectly before he repaired my screens! I took it here knowing that I had another quote for $65 in another town, but local place, Chamber Members, I figured I would give them a shot. It was very difficult to get a c committed quote. He kept telling me between $75 and $130 depending how it is assembled...Fine. After leaving it with them to " check " what the cost would be I received a call and was told that it would be $75. The holidays delayed delivery of the new screen and I followed up after a week and then I called again on the 10th day when I was told " I was going to call you today ". Now the screen was replaced but the lcd is damaged and isn't working, Its is now going to cost $150 total to fix it. I still haven't picked it up. I took a woking tablet in for a screen repair and they broke it. I should have followed my instincts when I didn't trust how cryptic he was about giving a quote. Quite aggravating. read more
