Best service in Brooklyn! Before I went to pineapple repair I visited 6 other phone repair shops for a battery replacement for a iPhone 12 Pro Max. I've gotten 6 different prices and reasons for why my iPhone wasn't working. At pineapple the guy was straight to the point, knew exactly what was wrong with my phone and gave me the best price out of all the stores I visited. I created my yelp account to leave NY iPhone repairs a review because the service was THAT good. I've gone to several different "IPhone repair" shops, one in Manhattan and one in queens - The service at both places SUCKED in comparison to my experience here. Coming here was a relief, having read other yelp reviews, I was treated with RESPECT and like a human instead of a dollar sign. My phone screen was cracked, and it was fixed in under an hour. It works FAST and the coloring is correct because it's the right glass, no fake weird stuff.. I also bought a pair of headphones for 5 dollars that were better then any other dollar store ones I've had. I walked out so happy, and with a free phone case too! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND COME HERE. The prices are so good, and you're treated WELL. Thank you again and I will be back !!!!!!!!!!!! read more

came to this store with a broken lcd on my note 4 he was able to get me the lcd the same day put the phone back together not professionally done but good enough to use it on a daily basis, fassforward 2 weeks later i was talking on my phone finished my call put my phone down on my desk screen crack again without dropping the phone. when back to see if he could help me and tells me that i drop the phone or put a book on top of it and tells me that i broke the screen then after i leave he calls my work saying he will put a new one for a discounted price which is only $20 less than what i paid for last time. horrible customer service i would not recommend it for any repairs read more

Do NOT do business here!…read more I thought coming here would spare me a trip to an official repair store but it didn't. Came in around noon on Thursday to repair a 1st Generation iPad mini and was told the repair wouldn't be done in an hour but until the next day. I accepted. The next day(Friday) I never got a call about it being ready. I went back Saturday around noon to be told it still wasn't repaired. When I asked for it back to go elsewhere, my iPad mini wasn't in the store to get it back. SOL. The red haired girl told me to come back later the evening when Jesse gets in.She then called me later that evening to let me know it was ready. Once I got there I explained nicely to the other worker Jesse how I was inconvenienced by two days for an hour repair. Jesse said he can only compensate me with an apology and that he was swamped with devices. He also stated that I should've stressed to the red haired girl why I needed the iPad ready by the following day. By then, I told him I am not paying him $80 for his issues but I'll pay him $60. He got upset picked up my money that I placed on the counter along with a phone and attempted to throw it at me. I asked him to please let me out of the store which he was hesitant about. For the terrible service and attempt to lock me in the store, I still paid them $70. Don't even come here if you're desperate. Spend your money elsewhere.

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.

I called ahead of time and asked how much it would cost for my phone repair. Upon arrival there seemed to have been a miscommunication as they said it would be about $6 more. Regardless, they were very kind enough to honor the price that was given to me over the phone. Evidently my phone seems be much more complex than it seemed initially. Despite this, they still did not falter in the price change. What I appreciated more than anything, was the honesty. It's very hard to find that.! Service took a bit longer than estimated initially but then again, that was due to the complexity. Both gentlemen were very very kind. Excellent customer service! Overall, friendly, honest and definitely will be coming here for future tech issues. ! read more

I've been going to this small store for a few years for my cell phone and iPad needs. Isaac is a soft spoken, decent and helpful guy. He is very fair priced in sales and repairs and backs up his products. If he can't help you or if the item isn't worth fixing, he'll tell you, even if it means losing a sale. If he doesn't have something in stock, he'll try to get it for you by the day he tells you. It is and has been a pleasure doing business with him. I feel like a good friend and I'm old enough to be his mother. This is the second time I have had my phone repaired here, and was delighted with the quick service and very reasonable price. They fixed my screen while I waited, in under 30 minutes, and as a repeat customer offered me a discount on both the repair and a new, sturdier phone case. I have had phones repaired at another service in Manhattan, and found their repairs to be shoddy - the screen they installed died in front of my eyes in less than a day, and I had to make an unnecessary trip to get it re-fixed. That is not the case here, and I will definitely be using them soon for my laptop tune-up. read more

I came to repair the iPad tryed few other places they gave expensive prices also they didnt want to do said its to difficult and then I tried this last place NY iPhone Repairs spoke to issac said this iPad work is a difficult one but I could it. he fixed up the frame brought it back to shape & changed the screen it looked like new. he was very resonable cheapest price quote. I ended up fixing my Samsung Galaxy at the same time he shaped up the body fixed the screen and again made it look like brand new. Great customer service. Highly recommended. This is literally the best place to repair any device from Apple Samsung etc. etc. etc.!!!!!!!! The guy is a unbelievable nice man with great customer service!!!!!
