Was in there during the holiday with my MacBook Pro because I could not hear any sound during FaceTime or listening to music or watching movies. When I went there, they told me that they would run a diagnostic (free of charge) to determine why there's no sound in the machine. In a few hours i got a phone call and they went over the the issue with me. My speakers were bad and need to be replaced. they did not have it in stock and need to order it. I needed the machine by the dec 26th to go away on a trip and the part would be in 24th. when i called on the 24th at like 10 in the morning, they told me the part was not in yet and they will keep me posted... a couple of the guys called me and were informing on the part status, bad news was when it was time for them to leave the part was not in yet, they told me that the part will be deliver even if there's no one there. I was made a promise that on the 26th someone will go in early to swap out the speakers just so I can pick it up at 9 am to go on my trip. I was not sure if it was true or not that they would do that. on the 26th I was all packed up and head there... When i go there they were finishing putting the screws on the machine. Before coming to the store I was worry because I read the past reviews but I was desperate to get my phone repair right away and Bergen Computer Solutions was the only store close to me at the time. When I came in I was greeted by an employee and asked what issue I was having today they are so professional and friendly. I told them my issue I was having with my iPhone 6s I had spots all over my screen making it unreadable and the phone will shut down right away after being on for a while. I was close to throw the phone away and get a new one but I never back up the phone. They took my phone in as a waited the tech came out and inform me my phone screen needs to be replaced and I need a new battery I approve and they started the repair. I step out to buy something to eat and 45 mins later I got a call informing that the repair was done when I pick up the phone I couldn't believe it the quality of the screen was amazing I felt I had a new phone. Bergen Computer Solutions did a wonderful job on my phone I guess we shouldn't go by outdated reviews looks they improved the store and now appreciate all the business it gets. Being new to the state, I wanted to convert my euro keyboard to us keyboard. I went Online and the name Bergen Computer Solution was there... I decided to give them a call and from there I had the feeling I was in good hands. When I got there I dealt with two techs and they walked me thru the process and from there on I was reassured I was in good hands. Within two hours, I received a tracking number on when my replacement keyboard was going to be in. they kept contact with me via texts to let me know what stage is the process... when they were done I received a phone call to inform me about it but unfortunately I couldn't make it there to pick up the Laptop thus the manager offer to deliver it for me. Upon delivering the laptop the tech, asked me to try it out and asking any questions that I may have, he answered all of my questions... I was extremely happy with the service. i took my ipad pro to bergen computer solutions in oradell nj store to get my broken screen fixed.. they told me they were apple certified and they will use 100% apple screen to get my screen fixed since they were close to my house i decided to give them the business.... however after they fixed the screen and charged me $390 i took the ipad home the battery started draining really fast i mean super fast.. i took it right back to them , they claimed they fixed the problem and then same night the home button was pushed in all the way wasn't functioning so i took it back again , they charged me another $65 for a new home button.. after i took it back home next day the screen turned black !!! nothing total blank. i took it back to them they told me its something with the mother board and etc.. these guys are nothing but CROOKS!! i contacted apple they will have investigation on there store claiming they are certified apple repair .. they take your money and give you broken stuff and they want more money from you ,,, stay away from these people read more

Like a lot of people nowadays I work from home. I woke up one morning to find my computer not working, I just got a blank screen and a bunch of loud beeps. Panicked, I gave them a call and explained what was happening and they sent a technician over to my house right away. Great Company. I had a virus on my laptop so I searched online for a local computer repair shop and found these guys. I took in my laptop and they explained to me that the anti-virus I was using, Mcafee, was no good and that is why I got a virus in the first place. They got rid of the virus quickly and saved all my pictures and files. I spelled coffee all over my Macbook pro , I when in search of a place to repair it and luckily i came to this shop. They couldn't have been nicer, faster or more reasonably priced. They did a liquid treatment on it and they were able to get it working again and saved me from buying a new laptop.
