I was in need of a new laptop for my apparel company which always keeps me working from home. They were honest enough to mention that current pricing direct from Apple was great and to purchase the Macbook via the Apple website and then call them back. They even e-mailed me the exact model and specs I would need based on what I described I would use it for. Once it came in I gave them a call back; they came on-site and took care of everything from there. I had a five year old laptop which they transferred all my data from, to the new laptop and setup my e-mail etc. My Wi-Fi was also very spotty. So they replaced my old wireless router with a newer one and made some custom adjustments to the settings to make the signal perfect in my home. Now all my devices work well around the house. The tech was pleasant and explained everything he was doing. (Not to mention good looking ;) ! He even showed me how to watch a movie from my new computer on my TV without using wires!
