Andy, the owner, is a computer expert (an engineer in fact) and also does excellent & reasonably-priced repairs on desktop computers, laptops, as well as various other devices. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is one of the most honest, down-to-earth and friendliest people you'll have the pleasure to meet. it's also very obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. I only used this shop for the first time on 5/23 for my 2009 Gateway that suddenly went dead. Prior to that, I had been using the other computer shop in Closter for repairs. Thankfully it turned out to be just the power supply this time. I'm very glad I decided to give this place a try. I brought my fathers iPhone in for battery replacement. Andy the owner quickly and accurately diagnosed his phones battery was faulty and that the charging port needed to replaced after cleaning and testing! Surprisingly cheap replacement. Quick and clean repair. He even changed my iPhone's screen which was cracked, and cleaned my charging port and speaker ports for free! The staff here is very good. And Andy, who runs and apparently owns the place, is the most pleasant, knowledgable, and accommodating tech guy you'll find around. Replaced my failing iPhone battery, flaky charging port, and screen protector in a flash, then walked me through resetting the Settings options for different apps in order to get optimal battery life and performance. Plus, he did it all for a very reasonable price and it took less than half an hour--time enough for me to go get a cup of coffee and some fresh air. The storefront is just around the curve at the end of town. It's a very convenient location but I only hope people don't miss it since it's very easy to pass it by. So there I was another day at the office and my iPhone 6 on my work table. I swivel my chair because you know #corporatelife and BOOM! My iPhone 6 is now on the floor face down. The height from my desk to the floor is about 3 feet so I didn't think there would be any damage. I also had that fancy glass screen protector. *cue dramatic music* I pick up my phone and then I start slowly weeping because the screen is cracked and the top right corner of my screen is completely broken off. Life flashes before my eyes and I think about all the group messages, what's app, and group me messages I was going to miss. Life is all about moving on so I yelp iPhone repair nearby my office. Most places were too far amor they closed after I got out of work. Then Phone Repairs Pro came up which was only 7 mins away from me. With low expectations I head to the place after work and walk into the nice bright store. Behind the counter was a man and he greeted me with such a great big smile and asked me how he could assist me. This mans name was Andy. I told Andy about my iPhone cracked screen woes and he quickly said that he can fix it 20 mins. Then he asked if there were any other problems so I let him know the charging port was finicky. With a big smile he let me know that he can fix both within 40 mins. Andy's demeanor just let me know that I could trust this man. So I went next door and got some sushi. I didn't have my phone so I read the menu front to back. Within 20 mins I came back an my phone was fixed! The screen worked great and the charging port was new! I was so happy because my weekend was saved! After that he let me know how much it was and it was a bargain compared to other places. We chitchatted for a bit and he mentioned that he has been doing this for years and he has background in computer science. Even if you're 30 mins away from this location I would def recommend Andy! Place uses bad, cheap parts with no warranty at all. 3 weeks after my daughter's iPhone X screen was replaced (paid $150 for replacement work), the screen started getting vertical white lines and coming off OLED separating from frame (phone was never dropped or abused in any way). Been 3 weeks only and still having the receipt from repair, I told my daughter to call the place as it clearly showed that the screen the place installed is defective. When she called, she was told that the issue is not repair shop problem and can can not do anything about it. So $150 waisted. I strongly recommend do not waste your money in this place as the work they do has no warranty and parts used are cheap quality knock offs similar to once sold on eBay for 1/3 of price (non original OEM parts). read more

This is my first review and I've been using Yelp for years, but this place is so good that I have to leave a 5-star review. Andy, the owner, is courteous, professional, and fast. On the phone when I simply asked for a quote he wanted to make sure I knew where he was located. When I got there, it was easy as just dropping off my phone with the broken screen and when I came back it was as good as new. its cheap and expensive - fixed an I phone screen paid more for an additional protective glass screen that should be hammering resist - with in 2 days the phone fell both phone and screen protectors were shattered. went back to Andy and there was no warranty for the product. read more
