I had requested a flat screen TV mount for a 70" TV with in-wall wire concealment. After some discussion, Rob advised that we should do relocation of the power outlet behind the TV mount to remain fire code friendly, so we had them complete that work as well, & it was done very well. Rob & team were effective & I ended up opting to have more work done in the house including terminating CAT6 ethernet drops throughout the home & Rob was able to test, tone, & punch down all the CAT6 drops without issue. They also did cable management of one of the CAT6 drops to my TV mount location with discreet wire covers adhered to the wall. All told, everything came out looking neat & clean, was zip-tied professionally & all the cable terminations appear to be properly done as well. They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review.
