It called for a large number of complex modules, custom plugins built from the ground up, and at its core, a fully dynamic social media style website with an integrated shopping portal that users could manage themselves. The SystMD team handled every challenge that came their way, even as the requirements continued to shift and evolve. The professionalism shown by the owner was something I genuinely appreciated. He treated this project with the same level of care he would give his own work. Communication was open throughout, and I always had a clear picture of where things stood. They kept me informed at every stage. It felt like a personal partnership backed by serious expertise. Even as one of many projects on their plate, the team gave this one real attention. Nothing felt like it was being rushed through. They took the time to thoroughly work through bugs and make sure everything ran exactly as it should, and they were just as attentive to the smaller design details, making sure the final product looked great and was easy to use. They also had over a dozen options to choose from ranging from macbooks, imacs, ipads and iphones. I usually wouldn't buy a used computer but these guys helped me feel very confident about my purchase especially because they are a reputable company, plus if i had bought a brand new laptop, i would've dished out way more money. This Best Buy had many options, plenty of inventory (one reason I was there was because a competitor had empty/low inventory display cases), and a good amount of proactive staff ready to answer questions. The added bonus was that I had forgotten what a nice experience it is to stroll around a consumer electronics store. I was able to see the latest in various categories and get familiar with the current prices. (and also notice how antiquated some of my technology has become). One important note- my return/exchange window is only two weeks, so always check on that before you buy.
