It called for a large number of complex modules, custom plugins built from the ground up, and at its core, a fully dynamic social media style website with an integrated shopping portal that users could manage themselves. The SystMD team handled every challenge that came their way, even as the requirements continued to shift and evolve. The professionalism shown by the owner was something I genuinely appreciated. He treated this project with the same level of care he would give his own work. Communication was open throughout, and I always had a clear picture of where things stood. They kept me informed at every stage. It felt like a personal partnership backed by serious expertise. Even as one of many projects on their plate, the team gave this one real attention. Nothing felt like it was being rushed through. They took the time to thoroughly work through bugs and make sure everything ran exactly as it should, and they were just as attentive to the smaller design details, making sure the final product looked great and was easy to use. I don't know how he gets here, but it certainly isn't the shortest way, which is through the South Mountain Reservation, which is about 40-minute drive. It would have been nice if he had told me in advance and not just left me with no one to repair my computers. He was rude about it and unprofessional.

Super nice guy (which helps when you're bringing someone into your home) that got my job done efficiently and effectively and for what I think was a fair price. It's nice to be able to go inside and look around. They have people there that you can ask questions about the appliances and electronics. They also have compact disks! Also known as a CD. It's a round disk that plays music and Best Buy is one of the only places you can buy them in person still but that is probably almost over. If you buy something and change your mind, you can go back and return that item and get your money back.
