We commissioned this company to develop our website and paid them upfront in early December. Six weeks later and lots of unresponsive emails and phone calls, and chasing them for answers about an update about our new site, we have yet to receive our website. We are out of pocket with expenses and now forced to find another web designer. This firm should be prosecuted by the state attorney general. It's a scam! read more

SCAM!!! THIS COMPANY is one of MANY affiliated with each other. May be the same scammer or multiple. I hired Custom Web Pro back in September to redesign my website after reading all the FAKE great reviews and having multiple calls with Zach James. I paid 1,800.00 in one payment, we both signed the contract/NDA and Proposal back in September. Everything seemed legit!!! Zach was extremely professional and very responsive at first. The first draft he shared was a link from THIS company as the DEMO link by SEO PRO HUB. I didn't have any log in access to this new site - simply a demo link. I left messages through our message board 'basecamp' about changes I needed executed and nothing happened after that. The last message I received from Zach was everyone was exposed to covid and he would be in touch. NOTHING SINCE. Any phone number I call plays hold music then hangs up on me. Turns out they just buy a standard template - they do NOT build a custom website for you!!! I panicked and started to do a deeper dive on the internet only to find out MANY fake shell companies are connected: Custom Web Hub, SEO Pro Hub, Rank me locally, SEO Law Hub, Web and SEO, Web Design Xpert, Perfecent. They are under the umbrella of Design Quotations LLC. 261 Hemlock Terrace, Teaneck, NJ 07666 --- fitting that 666 is at the end of this. They are EVIL for scamming everyone the way they have!! If you google company addresses that are listed on each site, they are not actually located there. It's a run down strip center or a co working space. I'm filing a report with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, internet crime link. ic3.gov/home/complaintchoice/defult.aspx I'm warning you DO NOT believe the fake 'good' reviews. If you actually take the time to review their own website by googling the names and companies that have left glowing 'testimonials' you will find NO trace of these people and companies!! Hard lesson learned!!! I want my money back and will continue to leave warning reviews on EVERY SINGLE company I find they 'own'. I did file a dispute with my bank however, it was declined because you have to file with in 60 days of the charge. They know this and will drag your project out until it's past this. After seeing the many positive reviews they had online, I had high expectations. I spoke with the manager, Adrian, and we had both come to an agreement on a specific timeline that featured a clear deadline to have the websites completely constructed. I was assured by Adrian that they would deliver exceptional service throughout the collaboration process. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that their service was far from exceptional. I made it very clear to Adrian that I needed the first website to be fully completed by the end of December 2020; he responded that this goal was realistic and feasible for his company. Adrian did not tell me that my website was complete until April in the spring of 2021. Upon checking the "completed" website, I was met with many descriptions, photos, and other important details still missing. I had no choice but to pull my staff away from their responsibilities in order to pick up Adrian's and his team's slack. They also failed to start developing the second site which was still in its mock phase. As Adrian and his team tried to integrate my payment gateway onto the site, they failed to understand the laws for PCI compliance. They then stated that I would have to pay the developers an additional sum to have this completed. I was completely taken back by their excuses and rudeness. Despite the amount of work my own staff had invested into the first website, the site was taken down by the web host shortly after for violating the terms and conditions. Adrian and his team failed to comply with the web host and they suspended my account. I was thoroughly disappointed and robbed of my time and money. Therefore, I contacted my bank to get my money back. Without this capital, I was not able to invest in another company to redo the website that Weblogies failed to complete. I had to take the initiative to build my e-commerce from scratch along with my team. One of the most frustrating components of Weblogies' abysmal service was their poor communication. On several occasions, I would request a phone call with them only to be met with no answer. Weblogies would neither return my calls nor follow-up on any of my emails. When I confronted them for their lateness at one point, Adrian had informed me that their company reported having 55 positive COVID-19 cases , effectively affecting their efficiency as a business. I was again disappointed to find that their company consists of only 7 people, leaving me to doubt their explanations on why they were consistently failing to meet the deadline previously agreed on. Another disappointing component of their service was that they claimed to be accredited by the BBB. I later learned that this company lied about their accreditation; one of the main reasons why I had chosen to work with Webologies in the first place was because of this accreditation. Unfortunately, because of this blatant fabrication that they are a BBB accredited website as well as the terrible service I received, I would never recommend any small business owner to trust in them either. After reclaiming my money back from the bank, I began to receive several calls from this company. Even though they claimed to represent different companies each time, I refused to work with them. It was just one lie after another. I was also bombarded with texts, emails, and even Facebook requests to contact me by Adrian's team. I no longer have anything to discuss with this company after the treatment received from them. I told them any contact with them would be through my lawyers. In short, this company is a scam. I am very lucky to get my money back, but I write this message with a conscious mind of other clients who may have or will be duped by this company and left with nonfunctional websites. It is unfortunate that I have to write yet another negative review about this business. After 10 months my website is still not running correctly. I commissioned this business to create my site back in August 2019. After 6 months of back and forth and a lot of misunderstandings on their part ( disorganized) my site finally launched ( initial estimate was 7-8 WEEKS). So here we are 10 months later and the issues continue. The development team clearly does not know how to create a functioning site. My site has a lovely grade of "F" on all sites that check it's functionality. The company does not know how to create a site that is optimized correctly, that coupled with the lack of timely delivery and brazen intimidation ( forcing me to edit my reviews before they completed the site) led me to file a formal case with the BBB and my banking institution. I have 3 independent companies stating that the site is missing critical code that would make it function correctly and efficiently. The entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They company if you can call it that is disorganized and inadequate. I would not recommend them to anyone who is looking for a timely and efficient team or website! read more

This is the most unprofessional developer you can hire . They over promise and under deliver every time. They will demand payment upfront and then go quiet, expecting you to chase them around for an update. If you are lucky to get hold of anyone, they'll behave like they are doing you a favor. Deadlines mean nothing to them. Especially beware of Saif, he's a con artist and will talk a good game but become rude and unprofessional when you hold him accountable. First, we contacted these guys in July of 2020 to build us a e-commerce site. And now, it's February 2021 and these guys never finished our site. They did not get an customer approval to ensure that the site was finished and satisfactory. We constantly tried to contact them via telephone and email. There was plenty of times we did not get any response. We had to end up finishing the site ourselves and that's not easy with little WordPress experience. These are the worst so-called business professionals there is. If you are considering using these "Crooks" to build your site...LOOK ELSEWHERE! Do your research and find out the potential builder's track record. Make sure that they will be there from start to finish. Ask tons of questions because these know the answer. These guys are disorganized, rude and totally inept-ed when it comes to customer service. There are money hungry scoundrels and scammers that prey on the inexperienced when it comes to web-building.
