Aaron was extremely understanding and personable. He helped me get where I needed to go within a reasonable price. They responded to my emails almost immediately and were extremely clear with what they were explaining, avoiding any confusion or frustration. I would highly recommend using Aaron Max Design for any website design and development 100%. I have an upcoming e-Commerce website in the process, I will not hesitate who to call!

Working in a five star service industry, our expectations were extremely high, but he certainly met and exceeded all of them. The best parts of my experience were that he actually took the time to explain everything, kept me updated constantly and quickly updated any changes we requested (which is rare to find such quick response time these days with client service). We've now worked with Rob and his team on multiple projects together, everything from Web design to mobile apps, which he delivers brilliantly on each time! We all refer him as much as we can since it's definitely hard to find people who not only enjoy what they do, but ACTUALLY make the experience enjoyable for their clients.

That said, recently, we had ordered another set of business cards for a new employee. However, when we received the business cards, they were not in their normal, form fitting packaging, we became accustomed to. When I brought this to Metro Ink's attention, their response was brief and dismissive.I followed up with the owner of the company which resulted in a day's worth of emails back and forth resulting in no amenable resolution. This experience has lacked a basic level of professionalism and customer relations that anyone would expect from a business.
