Super professional and knowledgeable in all low voltage electrical like smart home connections and syncing everything up with Alexa, making my home wifi super fast! I am so happy I came across Wire Ninjas on Yelp. José just seems like a cool human. We did a lot in my new construction home. Connected and mounted a bunch of new tvs included a Samsung Frame above my fireplace. It's an involved process. Definitely leave it to the professionals. Sped up my wifi, no longer needing the crappy Verizon equipment. Set up exterior Ring flood light cameras, helped me set up my Ring doorbell and Smart lock. Now we are working on putting dimmers almost everywhere with smart switches that connect with Alexa. Total game changer! Excellent service and professionalism. I felt comfortable and trusted them to do their thing while I ran some errands and picked up my kids from school. Call Wire Ninjas! Upgrade your home. It's a worthy investment you won't regret. Very fair pricing.

I brought it to LBM hoping for an honest assessment, and Jose exceeded every expectation. Jose is masterful at diagnosis. He did not jump to a quick conclusion or treat the first symptom as the whole problem; instead, he carefully considered the possible alternative triggers and worked methodically toward the right solution. He listens like a determined surgeon--focused, thorough, and skillfully balancing the best approach to solving the problem. That combination of technical expertise, patience, and judgment is rare. Just as important, Jose's demeanor immediately instills trust. He is professional, calm, straightforward, and clearly committed to doing what is genuinely best for the customer and the device. At every stage, I felt my computer was in exceptionally capable hands. Jose restored my 2015 MacBook to its original glory. What I feared might be the end of a beloved and still very capable machine turned into a complete revival. I could not be more grateful for his work. I recommend Jose and LBM without reservation. If you need honest advice, expert diagnostics, and truly excellent computer repair in New York, this is the place to go.

Not only did Tamas clean up the mess others left behind, but he patiently explained what he was doing every step of the process. They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review. I felt compelled to endorse this company because they are a breath of fresh air in NYC, where quality of product and service are often hard to find!
