Super professional and knowledgeable in all low voltage electrical like smart home connections and syncing everything up with Alexa, making my home wifi super fast! I am so happy I came across Wire Ninjas on Yelp. José just seems like a cool human. We did a lot in my new construction home. Connected and mounted a bunch of new tvs included a Samsung Frame above my fireplace. It's an involved process. Definitely leave it to the professionals. Sped up my wifi, no longer needing the crappy Verizon equipment. Set up exterior Ring flood light cameras, helped me set up my Ring doorbell and Smart lock. Now we are working on putting dimmers almost everywhere with smart switches that connect with Alexa. Total game changer! Excellent service and professionalism. I felt comfortable and trusted them to do their thing while I ran some errands and picked up my kids from school. Call Wire Ninjas! Upgrade your home. It's a worthy investment you won't regret. Very fair pricing.

I found this business on google reviews and Yelp, seeing a bunch of 5 star ratings. With luck they had a same day appointment available for later in the day. A quick phone convo, and confirmation, and the tech, Dmitri, arrived promptly on time. I explained the problem to Dmitri, and showed him the issue at hand. He was confident that he could fix the major mess, and quickly went to diagnosis the problem. He was completely professional and worked diligently. Considering I had been without internet and dealing with this problem for some time I was happy to have someone attend to it. I'll admit it felt kind of touch and go there as we both put our heads together for a solution, and then he reached out to his boss and another network tech, and a little light bulb went off over his head and then he really went into a flurry of work. All in all in less than an hour, Dmitri had fixed a major headache of mine. He did it professionally, and with a problem-solving determination. I would definitely use this service again (but will hopefully never end up in this predicament again.)

So, when I called and scheduled one, I usually expect the worse and hope for the best, but the moment Thomas showed up and knew exactly what to do and what I wanted done, I was pleasantly surprised. The job he did was amazing and my Son is so happy now that his gaming and TV and electronics that are all networked together are working perfectly. As an added bonus, Thomas worked on a networking issue on my computer and all within one hour, he created a great working system. The job was perfect and I delayed this review so I could see how the work fared over time and I'm happy to say that everything is still perfect after a couple of months. I would recommend Thomas to anyone who needs anything electrical done. I plan on having him back soon for more work and I even gave him a little extra payment over what he asked for, because I was so happy with the work. Thanks, Thomas!

Tamas determined that Optimum and Verizon technicians incorrectly installed patches that were short term fixes and left behind "the other guy's" cables and connectors that were not connected. Not only did Tamas clean up the mess others left behind, but he patiently explained what he was doing every step of the process. I strongly reccomend Immersion Audio, Technoconsious and Tamas Gabor for all your electrical and communications needs.

They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review.
