Thank you Jason! He was very helpful and solved all my computer problems! HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!

Our office couldn't be more pleased with Dan and the InnerPC team! WE are glad after much research who we choose to handle our server needs. The patience and professionalism never disappointed as the changes were made as we switched our service providers. Thank you InnerPC. read more

Our small accounting and bookkeeping firm had gone through a revolving door of consultants to service our server and PCs. New servers, new computers, and yet... still problems. Our down time was beginning to affect our quality and annoy our clients. Enter Dan and InnerPC. We discovered InnerPC accidentally. While searching on the web for yet another experienced, reputable and reasonably priced technician, we accidentally mistyped the name of a firm we had heard of. Fate? Kismet? Cosmic accident? I don't know, but I'd easily call him a Godsend. At our first meeting, Dan was generous with his information, explaining that instead of using our own server, here on our premises, we'd migrate to their cloud server. All our programs, user access, and work, would be maintained in "the cloud". All the security, maintenance, installations and updates, would be done by them at their end. Fast forward to today. We have been working with InnerPC for approximately two years, as of this writing. We cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. While our colleagues struggled desperately to reconfigure how to work from home, for themselves and their staff, we were fortunate; we could work from anywhere. Not only did this benefit our business, but our clients as well. Now we can concentrate on what we do best, while they do what they do best. If you want to future-proof your business, and reliable back-office tech support, you'd do well to consider InnerPC to help you navigate that road. read more

After an electrical storm damaged our firewall, Dan at InnerPC wasted no time in getting my husband and me back to work. From installing a fast and secure network that supports the transmission of sensitive files to restoring access to cloud computing, Dan enabled my husband, who works for a CPA firm, to resume working remotely -- and confidently -- from home. And as the owner of a home-based business, I happily returned to connecting with clients, as well as friends, via email, zooms and texts. In summary, InnerPc's customer service - polite, rapid, expert and efficient - was beyond compare. read more

My company needed a remote working solution and Innerpc was instrumental in making that happen! Dan and team understood our immediate and long term tech needs and have been extremely helpful in our transition process. They helped us consolidate multiple platforms into one quick and easy to use system! read more

About 2 years ago, we were again in search of a good IT person or company to help with our computer needs. I am the owner of a small accounting & tax firm, BGS Services Inc. Over the years, we would hire consultants who did a good job for us, but over time, they would become less responsive or, less reliable. I then found InnerPC. I met with Dan Fusco, the company's owner, who explained how his company worked differently from other IT firms. He would set us up on a remote server, instead of having one in-house. This way, all security and problems were handled directly by his company. We decided to go with InnerPC and, I can honestly say that this was the best decision ever made for my business. Dan's staff is extremely responsive. Any problems that come up are always handled immediately. I don't know how we survived before working with InnerPC. I highly recommend their services for any company requiring IT services. You will not regret it! read more

Dan had replaced a hard drive that had gone wonky on a laptop a few years ago. When I decided to give my new laptop a tonic water bath, I emailed these guys immediately. I brought my laptop in (however they usually will make house calls) and although my laptop was working when I brought it to them, they ran tests, optimized performance and cleaned the interior. Besides some keyboard stickiness, the computer is back to normal. Yes, I totally lucked out but it was great to get another set of eyeballs on my computer. Also, I wasn't about to start taking my computer apart. Highly recommended. read more

I have worked with Innerpc over the last 5 years. When my business email was suddenly down, Dan quickly figured out what was causing the problem. Within an hour it was resolved and working as if nothing had happened. The best part was that he actually answered the phone and got to work almost immediately. I'm so grateful for the prompt, attentive service this crew always gives. They are amazing! read more

Dan was absolutely amazing! He came to our business on time and ready to work. We had a damaged laptop with patient files that we did not back up yet. We were panicking about losing all of our files until Dan came in and removed the hard drive, put it into a similar laptop, and recovered our files! It seemed at first that we were going to lose our files but Dan did not give up until we found a solution. He even saved us from purchasing a subscription that we didn't need and instead suggested a free app that will do the same thing. Thank you so much Dan for your kind and helpful spirit. We had a mini celebration because we were so happy about our files being recovered :) Would recommend this company to everyone! read more

Dan used to be much better. Perhaps his business has grown too much. Perhaps he doesn't deal well with stress. In any case, he no longer bothers to behave in a professional manner, to be courteous, or to even keep appointments. He only guarantees results for seven days, which if you are only an occasional user, means you will be paying several times for unanticipated problems which may arise from the initial fix. Geeks--I'm back to you! Now it is a few months since I wrote this review and I have even harsher things to say of him. I recently discovered that he claims he installed a service (and I know I was charged for this services) that was NEVER INSTALLED PROPERLY. He knows what he is doing--he just doesn't care to be a professional anymore, as he once was. read more

Dan gave me very prompt advice over the phone & spared me cost of going in (did not contract a service). Issue pertained to spilling liquid over PC laptop. read more

Dan with InnerPC was great. After a disheartening experience at BestBuy regarding my non-functional laptop (days and $$$$$ to have my data- then weeks for repair) I took to the internet - on a Thursday evening I reached Dan and explained to him the situation. The next morning by 9 am he was at my place ready to fix my laptop! He recovered my files in an hour and fixed my laptop essentially overnight! Dan is knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and reasonable. InnerPC is affordable and fast - I highly recommend InnerPC for your tech issues. read more

This is my first yelp post, but I had such a good experience with InnerPC I felt compelled to post about my experience. My laptop was hit with nasty virus (be careful if you are curious about some of the relatively new music sites) that rendered the computer useless. I couldn't run any programs and it looked like most of my files were deleted. I contacted three computer repair companies. Dan at InnerPC was the easy choice of the three. Of the other two, one didn't even want to see the computer and thought they could repair it remotely over the internet (a ridiculous suggestion since turning on the PC would lead to more file deletions). The other sounded OK and relatively inexpensive, but at second glance the relatively inexpensive quote didn't cover the data recovery of all of my files (pictures, music, etc.), which when looking at their pricing sheet would have exceeded InnerPC's quote. As far as Dan, he's a good guy and seems to care about doing the job properly. Dan explained my issue in easy to understand terms, explained how he would approach the repair, had rates were better than the others, and came to my apartment so I didn't have to arrange to carry my computer to a shop. He recovered ALL of my files. The computer is now virus free and probably runs better now than when it was new. He also recommended and installed a separate operating system that works similar to the Apple operating system (Linux) so it's virtually impossible to get a virus when surfing the web in this mode. I strongly recommend InnerPC and Dan, he did a great job, his pricing is competitive, and his customer service is great. read more

Inner PC was great. They helped me buy a computer because I have no idea what I am doing, they set it up for me (go Colin!!) Now because of new Windows it still mystifies me and they were really good about taking my calls. 4 months in I did a stupid thing and downloaded a virus, a very bad virus. The sad news was that my computer was out for 4-5 days and that was very sad but it's back and working like new! I had another company work on my old computer and I wasn't thrilled. This time I'm very happy. I would recommend Inner PC to my friends. But not to my mother, because I just won't do that to a company I like! read more

Dan is wonderful!! He recovered my hard drive after I got the "warning of death" from my laptop.. And he also transferred my data to another computer so that I can access it with ease. Dan offered to fix the old hard drive for a great price, but since I hardly use my laptop I declined. He wasn't pushy at all and was really willing to work with whatever I was comfortable with. The BEST part is that my dog developed quite an affinity for Dan and he had no problem letting my dog sit on his lap while he worked on my computer :) Will definitely use him again in the future. read more

I can't rate Dan on actually fixing my computer (read on), however, I spoke to Dan within an hour of leaving a message about the power jack on my laptop being loose. In the meantime I had already dropped it off at another local shop, yet Dan still took the time to explain the likely problem on the phone in layman's terms as well as let me know what a reasonable price would be. I will be going to Dan next time with any computer problems I may have. read more

My desktop HP was really acting up. It would take forever, just to log on a website. I had to endure frozen you tube videos. Everything was just slow. Then to top it off, it would make a loud whirring noise, like it was ready to take flight out of JFK, only to shut down. I still didn't think to repair it, because as long as it turned on and I had my i-Tunes, I was ok. Then came The B.S.O.D. aka The Blue Screen Of Death. My trusty old HP was on life support. I did some research and came across a bunch of techs promising the world. I called one guy, who kind of wrote me off, saying my PC was shot. Thanks for the vote of confidence fella. I came across InnerPC. I saw a video and read some reviews and decided to go with InnerPC. I called the number and spoke to Dan. He said he would come over in a couple of hours. Nice! I didn't have to lug my desktop all over Columbus, looking for a tech shop. Dan came over and sat down and tried to fix it right then and there but after giving it a once-over, he opted to take it with him to give it his full attention. A few days later and Dan is buzzing my doorbell with my PC in his hand. My PC is way better than if was before! He made sure I didn't lose any of my music from i-Tunes.That was my biggest fear because I love my music. He managed to salvage all my documents and pictures. He also upgraded me from Vista to Windows 7. My PC is running smooth and I'm a very happy camper. The best part? , the price is right!! For the work he did, anyone else would have taken me to the cleaners. InnerPC has great and affordable service, seriously. If you're having any issues with your PC, don't look any further. InnerPC is the way to go , 100% !. read more

Great service. We've used InnerPC before with really good results. Today's experience was no different - called InnerPC on a Sunday morning, got a same-day appointment. The tech, Steve, was knowledgeable and friendly, and had us back up and running within an hour. Rates are reasonable for home visit, cloud back-up services, etc. Would highly recommend. read more

Dan and Colin at Inner PC are fantastic. They arrive promptly, are super-responsive, and they know everything about computers. Additionally, they are just plain great guys. I would recommend to anyone who needs in-home or office computer repair or set-up. read more

I took my little notebook to dan and steve and they honestly advised me that the fix would likely be not worth it. Instead of pressuring me to spend useless money they acted responsibly (and charged me nothing for a brief diagnostic session at their on-site office; i believe there is a modest charge if they come to your home). If i were a small business with a big IT problem i would be happy to use them. read more

Dan with Inner PC brought our computer back to life. My son clicked on something that he shouldn't have, and the computer went completely blank. I called Inner PC right away because they seemed to have good reviews. Dan came that same day even though it was a weekend. He had to take the computer with him for a couple of days, but brought it back like it was brand new. He even taught me how to set parental controls so this won't happen again. I will definitely call them again if we have a problem with our computer. read more

They saved me, on a Sunday no less. Woke up and my computer was dead, wouldn't turn on. Called around to find someone open on a Sunday who made house calls. I lucked onto Dan at inner PC, he came to my house, brought me a loaner, retrieved all the docs I needed, took my computer away for an assessment. Called the next day with a very reasonable quote, letting me keep the loaner at no charge till its done. Could not be happier with the service. Very nice people to boot. read more

I've used Dan before and when I needed help again for a failing computer, I didn't hesitate for a moment to call him again. Knowing that Dan's got my back when it comes to my computer gives me huge peace of mind. True to form, he delivered the same rigor, the same attention to detail, the same personal touch, and the same quality result that I knew that he would. Dan is the BEST that you'll find and there's just no comparison to the personal attention to your particular issue that he gives with the conveyor belt, rushed, impersonal service you'll find at some huge, volume-driven computer tech company and yet Dan brings the same level of expertise. I can't speak too highly of Dan or the work that he does. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call him again should the need ever arise. Thank you Dan! Really. Thank you. read more

Dan of Innerpc provided outstanding emergency computer repair service to us during a recent weekend trip to New York for the BIG EAST tournament. My daughter's Dell laptop unexpectedly began to upgrade her computer to Windows 10 but this ended up freezing my daughter's computer at a time when she needed access to her files and computer for work during the weekend. I called Dan at Innerpc at 12:30 pm on Saturday. He came to our hotel by 1:30 pm, diagnosed the problem (computer needed to be totally backed-up and the operating system needed to be reinstalled), and promised to have the computer back to us by 10:00 a.m. Sunday. He left me a message at 5:00 p.m. that he had done the work and that he would return the "new" laptop to us by 10:00 a.m. Sunday as promised. True to his word, at 10:00 a.m Sunday, Dan returned the "new" laptop. Dan is very personable and explains things very well in accessible language. His price was quite reasonable and he repaired the computer with little disruption to our weekend schedule in NYC! This was a truly outstanding service experience! read more

I have used Innerpc several times for my computer and have found their service to be way above average. The techs know what they are doing and are pleasant to boot. For a non-geek like me, this is a terrific plus. read more
