    Went there to fix my brother's computer screen and the prices were very fair. Mohammed is a great guy, i recommend this place to anyone.

    The crew at C- computer know their job. Great customer service .I work with them over 3 years and always resolved the problems with my PC.

The computer is under warranty for 1 yr. We recently started having problems with the computer a few days ago, and didn't understand what could have been causing it. The computer is barely used, and because we've had issues with our prior computers with viruses, we've made sure to be extra careful of downloads, etc. We decided to take the computer back to P C Warehouse to see if they could check it out. Mike (salesman, manager, owner, not really sure what his title is) initially sold us the computer. He was there when we went to take it in to be checked. He stated that he would need to keep it and run tests to see what the problem could be. He stated that he wasn't sure if it was a Hardware issue or a Software issue. He also stated that Software issues were not covered under warranty. We asked if we could wait, and he said no it would be best if we left it, and they would call us when they found out what the problem was. So because we knew that Software issues were not covered under warranty, we specifically asked to be contacted before any work was done if Software was an issue. He stated that they would call us and let us know. However, we get a call today 7/28/11 stating that the computer was ready, and it would be a charge of $50 because it was a software issue. We get to the store, and Mike proceeds to tell us that it was a software issue and that they went ahead and fixed it. We then stated to him that we requested to be called before any work was done if costs were going to be incurred. Mike then became very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! He even began to raise his voice! I was appalled by his actions!! I couldn't believe that he would really handle a consumer that way! Not to mention he was at fault! When we realized what he actually did, it was something we could have done ourselves! He stated that the motherboard software was missing, but he didn't know how. We didn't do anything to it! I don't believe it was ever a software issue, I believe it was a hardware issue(covered under warranty), but he was just trying to make a quick buck. He couldn't even look us in our faces, because he knew he was wrong. Anyway not to bore you guys any longer, but if you ever need a computer, I would recommend anywhere else other than P C Warehouse. He should find work scrubbing toilets. I told him the version of windows I wanted him to put on my notebook and I wanted him to fix my recovery drive so that it would display properly.. He took 6 hours for a 2 hour job. When I got the notebook back the wrong version of windows was loaded and windows software and office software was in Spanish. I am American and I speak the language of the USA that is English. So I contacted him and he said to return tomorrow. So I returned in morning he took the notebook and he said to return in 5 and half hours... So returned and he was closed for lunch, I waited half hour and he returned and gave me my notebook back, He booted it and screen was in English, When I got home I booted my notebook and same problem but this time some screens still remained in Spanish and another in English, any user added would be reflected in Spanish. Plus the malware software was a free sample one and kept on asking for money. It was supposed be included with service. He never put the right version of windows software on, He gave me back the notebook still with incorrect windows version. I put my data restore disk in and all folders changed to shortcuts. after running my legal virus software (McAfee) the software alerted me that I had 2 Trojan viruses and a shortcut virus. When I brought the notebook in to be serviced, I am absolutely sure that the notebook had no viruses. These viruses came from his software that he put on my notebook. If you don't want messed up software and viruses on your computer, Then please stay far away from this place as possible. Otherwise if you go there computer will be damaged. lol

As an owner of a recent iPhone 16 Pro Max, I had the opportunity to take a free 30-minute in-store session offered at the Apple Garden State Plaza in Paramus. The reservation was easily made via the Apple Store app to the selected location. Our instructor, Rui, greeted me and one other person on Get Started: Camera Essentials on iPhone. We went over the basic camera app and explained in detail each usage from the flash through the exposure tabs as well as the video, which was very helpful. I would like to take a further workshop: Take Better Photos on the iPhone. This will teach how to set up one's shot, try out new techniques, and explore features as well as editing tools. I can recommend this class to further enhance one's knowledge, and it's free.

This is the first time I've ever felt that even one star is too generous. I visited on Saturday, April 4, 2026, with a 3:30 PM Genius Bar appointment. What I experienced was not just poor service--it was customer neglect, irresponsible management, and behavior that felt discriminatory. I came in because my iPad Pro (less than 3 months old) would not turn on or charge. The first technician, India, did not greet me and showed a dismissive, unprofessional attitude. While I was locating the serial number (1-2 minutes), she suddenly left for her break. Even worse, manager Joe allowed her to walk away mid-service. I was left with no explanation, and my appointment was pushed to 4:40 PM without my consent. I arrived on time, yet I was the one who lost time due to their mismanagement. Then manager Bobby made things worse. Instead of helping, he said things like, "So what do you want?" and "If you want it fixed, you just have to wait." When I asked for someone higher, he sarcastically replied, "I am one of them." His tone was disrespectful and unacceptable. What made it more upsetting was that other customers were continuously helped while I was left waiting. As an Asian customer, this felt discriminatory. I understand Saturdays are busy, but that does not excuse abandoning a customer mid-service, delaying them without consent, and responding with disrespect. After over 1.5 hours, I was told the replacement was out of stock and to "come back in a few days," with no clear resolution. Given the number of other 1-star reviews, this appears to be a serious ongoing issue with this store's management. I expect a clear explanation and a formal apology. Do not come here. Go to another Apple Store.

I walked in without an appointment and didn't have to wait long before I was seen. There is no phone service for this location if calling. You'll have to text a number or leave a message to get to anyone. Samsung voids manufacturer warranty even if there's the tiniest blemish on a device. I don't think I'd purchase another device of theirs knowing that. I spoke with two associates and found the second to be very approachable and pleasant. The technician fixed the issue same day (of course with a payment). They even managed to finish before the stated pickup time. The store is tidy and it was almost empty when I arrived. However, it can get busy at certain times. There is even a small area of the store for kids.

Live rep: no voice- or email possible, texting only. After 1+ hours (+BB visits), 2nd rep was incomprehensible, requests for clarification ignored. I requsted supv.; he gave me a phone # ---to Blue Cross! S's 2 week delay fixing means ALL MY SAMSUNG CLOUD DATA COULD BE DELETED. Can it be restored? Samsung: "We have provided steps to restore the data, after 2 weeks, if the data was not deleted." I gave up & said I'd go on Yelp. April 4, S rep texted, sans reading case. A new rep tried to help for 2-1/2 hours more! She thought data was probably safe; if not: "no way the automated system could be circumvented, & deleted data could never be restored." After every contact, S texted: did they solve my problem: yes, no, but I won't know for 2 weeks, so I texted STOP.
