(First time this happened they repaired it as it was literally me putting it down hard on the counter and they said it was a 'faulty batch', yesterday I was biking and unfortunately got hit by a car so my phone flew and the back cracked but imo since the front was unscathed just internal cracks again I highly believe my phone wouldn't have gone dark and broken internally if it was the original apple screen) 2. Tap to wake does not work. I would pick up my phone and it is on but i can tap all i want and nothing would budge, I'd have to press the side button to turn on the phone which can get very annoying over time. 3. The face ID stopped functioning the same for me since their repair, I'd have to be much closer to the phone to get it unlocked. It was negligible at first but then I started feeling the hassle of needing to be a few inches from phone for it to recognize especially with quick things like apple pay. 4. The battery was functioning much higher before my repair. They swear they did not touch the battery but I never had an issue worrying about my phone dying and after the repair I could barely make one trip to somewhere and my phone would be dead. I see other reviews mentioning the same and I can't prove anything but know subjectively how much my phone lasted before repair. I paid $200 for 'premium OLED' screen that was promised to have no noticeable differences from apple and would not be easier to crack than apple screen. This is simply not true. They refused a refund the first time I went in with internal cracks but did re-repair it. This last time I went in and there was damage to back of phone, they refused saying that I already repaired it once which would have been fair if I wasn't already displeased with the quality of the screen and now I am down $200 and no phone because I can't sink more than its worth on repairs. Regardless even if I hadn't gotten into an accident yesterday causing the damage, I just want to warn other customers of the differences in the screens they use vs original apple. The warranty is 1yr and covers only defect but drops are not covered (the main issue that can happen to screen and that is weaker than apple in being durable).

The first time I visited was for a screen "screaming" on my macbook Air. They fixed it affordably. Another time it was for my speakers on my macbook Pro - all my devices are years old, not new, and they brought them waaay up to speed AND provide the CC Cleaner on my MB Pro, which I used to clean up the drive regularly (and just paid to have it clean my laptop annually for 44$). I used it for almost a year w/o payment so I'm a happy camper all around. In fact, I'm going there today bc I may have had water damage on my Pro screen so I pray it can be corrected w/o too much expense.

I was able to discuss my options and was given two options of expedited replacement of offending part or delayed procurement of part to replace the power board also. I went with the quicker/cheaper option. I ended up needing to replace the power board also but I made the mistake as I was given the option and I cheaped out. Lesson learned. Let the experts guide you and have a peace of mind. I could have gone to best buy but you can not have the intimate interaction and assurance of quality work. I would definitely go back.

That's a red flag warning right there I should of turned around. I came in for star lighting. They were quick to remove my headliner. Removed the factory cloth which they really didn't have to' to install Alcantara suede which I came to find out is cheap very cheap velour material and they couldn't even give me the finish product clean and fresh. So much dirt and dust. Most of the stars are showing threw but so many of them are not even noticeable. Also during the process they broke my seat belt on one side when removing the panels. I had to go buy a new seat belt else were to fix it. Eddie the owner didn't even offer to pay for it or even split the cost. Come to also find out the so called suede installed is peeling already in certain areas because this mickey mouse shop barely used glue on the liner. There's also no foam backing on the liner to keep it from peeling. Cheap quality of material's. Also the star kit was purchased on amazon for sure. Some cheap kit and when I asked how it worked I was handled a manual because Eddie didn't know what app to install. Once summer hits the liner will separate for sure. I will have to get this garbage removed and redone professionally elsewhere. Some how I also got convinced to add a equalizer into the car for my system. They couldn't even connect the rca's correctly and I lost my Bluetooth hearing capabilities until another shop fixed the connections. They sold me a used none working properly equalizer causing static noises to my stereo and had to go to a different shop spend more money to get a new one better quality and that noise went away. There cheap star kit is also making my speakers make noises when turning my steering wheel. Mirror lights were not connected correctly. What a mess. I had a different shop specializing in start headliners fix the mess they left me with. When I complained to Eddie I was told no cash refunds. this owners is something special. He's more worried about how loud his personal sound system is in his Hummer then helping his customers. I had to come back 3 times after they did the job not even to finish it. I was told to wait a week and then come back. When I called Eddie to come back he gave me a story about getting into a accident and his worker was not around. I get things happen but you have to learn to do jobs correctly start to finish. You saw my car when it came in. Everything was perfect. Not the way of leaving this guys street corner storage unit he calls a shop. I see the complaints on the cell phone side how you work. WOW Cheap Chinese phone screens. Doesn't surprise me one bit. People at the end of the day you pay for what you get. You spend cheap you get cheap. My mistake and wont let myself go threw that lower line level quality work. You have been warned.
