Disrespectful technician who yelled and tried to be tough tried to talk down to me has the first…read moreguy forcefully damage my PS5 HDMI port and scratch around the port to try to say knowing I was coming because I called and spoke to them explaining I a one year warranty which is still valid from them which they told me we don't do one year warranty we do 3 months but if you show the proof where it says one year we will cover it so when came I told the first guy I came about my PS5 HDMI port I have a warranty he said show me what you have while taking my PS5 around to his seat where his tools are I show him and the technician the one year warranty from the invoice that they emailed me the technician told me while his guy worked on checking my PS5 using his finger and metal tool he had in hand while technician who was standing next to him blocking the camera which I didn't think was happening to do anything to the PS5 to void the warranty and try to charge me again to work on the technician started to say we don't do warranty for PS5 we do warranty for phones when I was like what the heck the warranty that was offered to me was for mystery phone when was there to repair the same PS5 and HDMI port I was there today for why give me a warranty for a phone when I had only a PS5 fixed there and it's on the receipt and invoice about he said in 2 minutes talk about phone while hands raised like he is tell someone that applies to this situation his buddy gets done and keeps wiggling the HDMI port because job done physical and liquid damage not covered by warranty technician tells guy messing with PS5 after they now agree it's physical damage you handle him I can't talk to this customer and walks to the back first guy now is turned in view of Camara keeps wiggling HDMI port and comes back away to tell me physical damage it's not covered you will have to pay 150 something to fix it was crazy after with stupidity and me asking questions of the point of a warranty with them a lot happened but too much to type right now I'm still very upset that I wrote this long story and it but my nerves being bad and shaking from so much anger and trying to get the picture I accidentally refreshed the page erasing everything I forced to give every detail about and can't do it again I'm sorry and I wish I can give zero stars and that's being generous

I cannot recommend Computer Doctor enough--they are honest, brilliant, and completely saved me…read moreafter a massive ordeal with Micro Center! My PC stopped working, and Micro Center diagnosed it as a bad motherboard. I bought a new motherboard from them and had Computer Doctor install it. When the PC still didn't work, Computer Doctor correctly analyzed that the processor was actually the issue. Since Micro Center offered free follow-up diagnostics, I took the PC back to them. Incredibly, they completely missed the processor issue again, doubled down on their original mistake, and claimed this brand-new second motherboard was also defective! They argued with me the entire time and dismissed my suspicion about the CPU. I rejected Micro Center's diagnosis, took my computer back, and bought a new processor elsewhere. Computer Doctor went above and beyond--they tested the processors multiple times for me and even installed the new CPU for free. Sure enough, it was the processor all along. I still have the original motherboard, and I am confident it was never the problem in the first place. Micro Center completely failed me, but Computer Doctor earned a customer for life. Bottom line: go to Computer Doctor first!

The first time I visited was for a screen "screaming" on my macbook Air. They fixed it affordably. Another time it was for my speakers on my macbook Pro - all my devices are years old, not new, and they brought them waaay up to speed AND provide the CC Cleaner on my MB Pro, which I used to clean up the drive regularly (and just paid to have it clean my laptop annually for 44$). I used it for almost a year w/o payment so I'm a happy camper all around. In fact, I'm going there today bc I may have had water damage on my Pro screen so I pray it can be corrected w/o too much expense.

That's a red flag warning right there I should of turned around. I came in for star lighting. They were quick to remove my headliner. Removed the factory cloth which they really didn't have to' to install Alcantara suede which I came to find out is cheap very cheap velour material and they couldn't even give me the finish product clean and fresh. So much dirt and dust. Most of the stars are showing threw but so many of them are not even noticeable. Also during the process they broke my seat belt on one side when removing the panels. I had to go buy a new seat belt else were to fix it. Eddie the owner didn't even offer to pay for it or even split the cost. Come to also find out the so called suede installed is peeling already in certain areas because this mickey mouse shop barely used glue on the liner. There's also no foam backing on the liner to keep it from peeling. Cheap quality of material's. Also the star kit was purchased on amazon for sure. Some cheap kit and when I asked how it worked I was handled a manual because Eddie didn't know what app to install. Once summer hits the liner will separate for sure. I will have to get this garbage removed and redone professionally elsewhere. Some how I also got convinced to add a equalizer into the car for my system. They couldn't even connect the rca's correctly and I lost my Bluetooth hearing capabilities until another shop fixed the connections. They sold me a used none working properly equalizer causing static noises to my stereo and had to go to a different shop spend more money to get a new one better quality and that noise went away. There cheap star kit is also making my speakers make noises when turning my steering wheel. Mirror lights were not connected correctly. What a mess. I had a different shop specializing in start headliners fix the mess they left me with. When I complained to Eddie I was told no cash refunds. this owners is something special. He's more worried about how loud his personal sound system is in his Hummer then helping his customers. I had to come back 3 times after they did the job not even to finish it. I was told to wait a week and then come back. When I called Eddie to come back he gave me a story about getting into a accident and his worker was not around. I get things happen but you have to learn to do jobs correctly start to finish. You saw my car when it came in. Everything was perfect. Not the way of leaving this guys street corner storage unit he calls a shop. I see the complaints on the cell phone side how you work. WOW Cheap Chinese phone screens. Doesn't surprise me one bit. People at the end of the day you pay for what you get. You spend cheap you get cheap. My mistake and wont let myself go threw that lower line level quality work. You have been warned.
