I've known Sam for nearly 10 years, since he first started fixing and building things. Sam is absolutely wonderful! I've used his business several times in the past (i.e. Broken iPhone screen, broken iPod, even a broken bose speaker system), most recently for my MacBook Pro, which shut down without warning and wouldn't turn back on. I texted Sam about my Macbook Pro computer screen, which ceased working and would have costed $600 to replace new. My laptop had a hardware issue that caused it to stop charging all together when plugged in, probably because it has fallen from my sofa once or twice. Computer Sam just fixed my Samsung pn64f8500 super awesome, plasma tv. It would not start and it was the capacitor problem, don't let others upsell you and Samsung you should feel shame for not addressing this. The tv repair people I called were crooks or did not show. I have no idea how they stay in business. Sam, on the other hand, was friendly, smart, fast, and super professional. I had him fix a speaker and my iPad as well. Should call him Donatello because this guy DOES machines! A bandmate and I contacted Computer Sam about fixing an old Carvin PA from 1999. He said he'd take a look and see hat he can do. After a bit of prying he got it open and immediately saw the jacks needed to be soldered. Wham bam, and that was it. Sam was great! He did two fixes for me. Very reasonable, quick, and relaxed about repairs. My girlfriend's screen was broken on her iPhone and he quickly got it done. I also had a computer destroyed in car accident and he was able to help me recover data from the hard drive, something that would cost you a lot from other companies.
