I was able to schedule a same day appointment at this Apple Store. Once I arrived there were many employees available just chatting so I asked one of them for assistance and he pointed me to one of the employees who should be able to help me. The problem is that there were already 3 people waiting to talk to this person so I had to wait about 15 mins. Once I was able to talk to that particular employee things moved faster. I left my phone and they told me to come back in 90 mins. 10 minutes prior to that my phone was ready. Overall my experience was positive but I don't understand why another employee wasn't able to assist me and I had to wait 15 mins past my scheduled appointment time to talk to someone.

They gave me an outrageous estimate so i declined and paid the diagnostic fee. I decided to salvage the parts. I open up the laptop and the hard drive and the RAM cards are gone. They stole the 500GB Hitachi HDD (hard drive) and left the useless 15GB factory recovery drive in the bay (see photo). Laptop came with two HDDs. And they stole TWO after market 4 GB Kingston RAM memory card I installed and replaced it with a cheap no name brand 2GB card. Of course they denied it and said it "might've been a defective" part. If you had your device repaired here there is a good chance your expensive factory components were stolen and you walked out w cheap defective and potentially unsafe parts. Avoid them at all costs.

The store is pretty dingy looking and there was large pile of what looked like old computers just left underneath the front window. The kid that helped me was friendly and helped me replace my laptop keyboard. When I took the keyboard home I noticed that it was really cheap feeling and flimsy. It definitely wasn't replaced with an original part from the manufacturer. Some of the keys now just stopped working all of a sudden. I got fed up with it and just bought a new laptop from Best Buy. I paid a lot of money for a cheap looking part and it didn't even work. Next time I'll just go to Best Buy. I would have taken it back to the store, but I figured that they would replace it with the same cheap feeling keyboard as before that would just break again. I suggest to go somewhere more professional that does not cut corners and over charges.

When i picked up my printers i asked him about the sublimation printer, he asked me and said " What is Sublimation?" i was stunned. so i picked up both printers HE NEVER TOUCHED NOR OPENED the printers, it was just sitting at the same spot over 3 weeks ago, I lost my deposit and lost time, i ended up going on youtube and fixed it my damm self. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE, plus he acts like he dont need your business. He was too serious and i did not get a good vibe at all from him, but i gave it a try and i should of trusted me Gut.AND last thing alot of people were trying to drop off boxes since his services are UPS FEDEX And i think DHL, so the customers were upset that he always had a sign on his door saying " We will Be back" but it took hours for him to come because i waited over 2 hours so i can pick up my printer since i live far, i allready did that trip 2 times and i was not leaving until he showed up. well i hope this helps,

My web order was not on the shelf, even though I had a confirmation email, they saw the confirmation email in their system, and then weren't able to find it after 10 minutes of searching. They then told me to go to the floor (no help, no direction on where to go) to go find what they lost 2. I am told to go to a sales representative on the floor. I tell him what I need, knowing that there is still one left in their inventory since I didn't buy them out with my Web order. He searches the generic name of the brother labels i'm looking for (literally "brother's label cartridge"), the results are very long, he doesn't go past the first page, and he tells me that they don't carry that here at all 3. I then show him the page on the website with the right name. He finally looks it up. he tells me it's an aisle seven and tells me to go there. 4. I go to aisle seven I search for another 10 minutes, no help from any staff at this point, and no cartridge to be found - neither the one I ordered online nor the one they had left in inventory. Look, I know mistakes happen, but there was a point of friction on every single step in this process. There was no accountability, no support when things went wrong, and no accommodation once the experience is wrapped up. I've had two negative and two neutral experiences. I've tried. I'm sorry. Never coming back, and I'll let my friends know my experiences when it comes to electronics

Variety of merchandise is pretty wide with DIY sections being rather useful and interesting. Aisles are clean and wide, well-lit. It's easy to reserve pieces of merchandise online in order to later pick them up at store. Mail-in freebies offers are nice, too. The Brooklyn location amenities include large parking space and restrooms. There is no loud, crappy music blasted into your ears. Thank you for that! I tend to escape some establishments where music is loud and annoying. Too bad that the store has no seating spaces, since the location is quite spacious, and if you have time to spend there, you get tired. Definitely do your homework before visiting Micro Center, as that place is certainly intriguing, but your experience there is much better, if you know why you are there. If you decide to misbehave at that store somehow badly, then keep in mind that a New York City Department of Correction building is right next door :) .
