Then she looked for measuring tape could not find.There was a line of people. I asked her why was this necessary she would not say. Then she asked a worker to go get her a measuring tape. More time Then she asked me how I wanted to return a 40 dollar item. I asked why and she said return center was in Brooklyn. I live in Staten Island. She wanted me to pay 15 dollars I am a prime customer so I don't pay for shipping and returning. I told her forget about and left store. Very disappointed with her behavior. I will bring to UPS Store today.
