The place is open late. The inside is very clean. The staff during the day is very nice and friendly. But the short employee at night is nightmare. If I see her I walk out, it not worth it. She speaks no English. She had no clue how to work the computer. She not nice or friendly. The prices are not bad. I don't recommend there laundry services. They put your cloths in the dry on high heat and destroy your cloths after a while. read more

Unfriendly staff who's constantly scolding at you. For example, if the laundromat closes at 10pm and it's 9:20pm and you're the last one finishing up your drying/folding, the staff will come scold at you in Spanish aggressively pointing at the clock gesturing for you to leave asap. Don't expect a smile in return if you give them a polite smile either. The service sucks. Every time I go there, they never put the shampoo or the smell. I left it there with my bottle,paid for the ones they have in the store. Looks like they just put them in the washer machines only with water. My clothes never smelled good even I paid or left it in the store for them to put it in. Please Don't let the negative reviews of professional complainers fool you. The managers and owners of this laundromat are really sweet and helpful. I've never had an issue with them. Yes the machines are only operated by cards, and yes there is a fee to purchase your own personal card. You refill your card whenever necessary. This system makes life easier. Also what machine still takes quarters???? Who has time to carry around change?? We are in 2019!!! The hours and parking are very convenient. If you are from out of town, I suggest you use the drop off service, it's pretty great. read more

NEVER AGAIN. My very expensive, Hotel Collection white comforter was ruined in the machine. There are multiple rust-like stains all over it. This was from the washing machine ( I DID NOT DRY AT LAUNDROMAT). Another one of the machines was not dispensing water and the worker told me there is nothing she can do about it . I told her that was not right since I paid and she just began to press other buttons on the machine. I stated I wanted cold water to wash my clothes and she said its all cold ( no matter that you pressed therefore, pressing hot water would have been a scam). She pressed two other buttons, hot and perm press. I stated I wanted to use another machine since it was broken and she told me it was not broken. I tried to explain that if you have to randomly press other buttons until it works, clearly there is something wrong with the machine. I did not see my soap or much water in the machine. Overall, she wouldn't let me switch washers, had an attitude , and was unprofessional. She also told me to go somewhere else to wash clothes and I shouldn't go back there. I will never go back there and neither will my family even if I was welcome. I hope people take their business across the street down the block from now on mostly because my $500 comforter is ruined which shows the machine is gross. DISGUSTING. The WORST customer service. Also don't bring quarters because their machines only take their cards (which you have to buy) then if you put anything above what you need when you turn your card into get your deposit back you lose anything that is on the card. If you live in the area you can come back and use it, however if you are visiting from out of town you are out your money. There is also no way to put just .25 on it so I ended up being out money. read more

Mediocre place. Can't follow instructions for the life of me. Brought in 4 pairs of pants to get dry cleaned. Gave specific instructions requesting all pants to be creased. During pickup, noticed that 2 were creased and the other 2 were not. Asked the clerk about the issue, she was eager to take them back with another pickup in 2 days. When I mentioned to her that I don't have time to go back and forth and requested my money back for 2. She declined.! When I threatened that I won't be coming back, her response was "so be it". This laundry mat is by far one of the worse racist workers horrible establishment I come to this laundry mat because it's in my neighborhood I come here all the time and whether it's crowded or empty I'm treated unfairly as soon as I walk in the workers are staring at me then whispering and giggling then they stop what they are doing to look at me or start whipping the machines they follow me with there eyes and are rude all in my face and staring at me for what shouldn't you be working instead of worrying about me doing laundry? I honestly don't know why other reviewers have been so harsh. The fine people who run this facility pick up, wash, dry, fold and deliver back my clothes and sheets in a timely manner for an affordable price. The service here is decent. They are open 24 hours which is convenient. The parking lot can be a little tricky and there aren't a lot of spots in front. Its a little unsafe backing out onto Hylan Blvd. I prefer stopping by late at night, less cars in the lot. read more

Besides watering down the detergents they sell behind the counter and when you use them all and throw them away they use the empyies and cut them too make kire mieny so buy your own soap vefor you go . No air conditioning really they have them but they dont work . My first time to the laundromat in about 20 years. This is a short and sweet review. Nice place with lots of machines of all sizes. Dryers are plentiful here too. No complaints at all. My only complaint, and it has nothing to do with the establishment... wish there was more parking. 6 spots with one taken by the roll dumpster. I was extremely pleased with the services of 5 star Laundromat. From the beginning dealing with the courteous worker who took my clothing to the delivery individual who contacted me prior to delivery, addressing me by last name and was so pleasant. My clothing came back folded so precisely and smelling sooo fresh. I was also impressed how they sorted my clothing and placed in separate bags. This place is dirty with roaches and their staff is careless. There's always multiple machines broken, if a problem happens with a machine while you're using it or you have an issue they don't care and are barely of help. There's not enough seats when this place is crowded and when all the machines are full of clothes that are abandoned they don't do anything about it and instead leave the customers that are watching their clothes waiting for a machine with a basket full of wet or dirty clothes. I went recently to do laundry quick and their ATM was also gone. Not everyone has cash on them and if you're going to have machines that only work on a prepaid card that also the washing machines NEVER read properly and you have to buy when there's a card minimum then you need to have an ATM in here it's common sense! So also bring cash here because there are barley ATM's in walking distance unless you wanna go to the atrocious dirty one in the deli next to Perkins with a 2.50 fee!!
