I am super pleased with my experience at Super Spin. I have washed my own clothes a few times here and although I like the facility and the machines are plentiful and spacious...I needed a brake and I decided this was my time to try the wash and fold service. The staff made this experience painless, I walked right in with my extra large laundry duffel and unloaded it onto the corner. At that moment I felt a warm release... " would you like to pick up tomorrow afternoon? Hell Yes!!! Excited I returned the next day excited to find my collared shirts and sweaters all on hangers, everything else folded and ready to go in these neat plastic bags.. Had a pretty good experience here. Very clean place to do my laundry. Washes and dryers also work amazing. Only negative I would have to say is it does get busy and sometimes it is a struggle to get a machine especially on a Sunday. However when I asked one of the female employees (the one with the glasses) if she could remove clothes out of a machine due to the lack of open machines she gladly did for me. For it had already been over a long periodically time and no one was coming to take their clothes out. Many machines had clothes already done and ready to be taken out. But due to people's poor lack of telling time they leave their clothes and take up space when someone else could use the machine! People need to use the timers on their phone and be considerate of others especially on a Sunday. Luckily the employees were very help to assist me and kind as well. read more

Zero stars. Although the washes and dryers work well. The staff were very uncooperative and unhelpful. They took my clothes out of the wash without my consent because they claimed it was busy. Even though, there were many washers open and then claimed that it was unattended so they took it out even though I was drying my other clothes. I do not recommend this place if you don't want to be greeted by workers with attitude and will suck their teeth at you. Especially Juana and Bertha. Worst experience ever .... The male employee also told me I should read the rules in the worse attitude ever, and I shouldn't be talking to the rude workers like that even thought, they were being the ones speaking in their language as if i don't understand them. Also I would recommend the owner put a loud speaker so that their employers can speak into it letting the customers know to remove their items. I love coming to this laundromat because the staff here keeps the place clean at all times. There's always someone here regardless what time of day you come as they are open 24 hours. One of the things that I really appreciate is the fact that you don't need coins. They use a card system like a debt card. The more you wash here, the more you get a bonus wash. Also their dryer actually gets hot and 30mins is more than enough to dry a full load of clothes. The staffs are friendly and they are constantly cleaning and making sure the place is nice and neat. Location is great because there's plenty of parking and it's next to a supermarket. I didn't give this place a 5 star because they should at least offer wifi and the TV channels should not always default to the Spanish channels. read more

This place is okay. Sometimes the staff can be a little rude. One time, one guy was removing the dust from the dryer and he didn't even say excuse me. Mind you, this was happening while i was trying to load my clothes to the dryer. Big amount of dust flew in front of my face and to my clothes. Not a nice experience, but I'm a nice guy so i just let it go. One thing i like about this place is the laundry card. It beats carrying a big amount of quarters. It's 24 hours, it's very close to my house, it's clean, some employees can be a little rude but some are nice too. Why am I giving them 1 star?? READ AHEAD. This is for documentation purposes: May 25th, 2015 I decided to do Super Spin wash and fold service. It was memorial day and I did not have the time to laundry. That was my first time. I dropped off two laundry bags (mine and my husband's). Prior to dropping it off, I placed all my underwear in 2 delicate bags so they did not have to open it and take them out. I also looked through my dirty clothes. I placed those clothes that I truly care about aside and took photos of them. Those were clothes that I would care if they get stolen. I was smart enough to take a quick picture. I put my clothes back and dropped them off. May 26th, 2015, I picked up the two bags and brought it home. I was not able to open it until today, May 27th 2015. I opened the bags and the clothes are mixed together. It did not bother me because they are my husband's clothes anyway. As I was putting my clothes away, I looked at the picture that I took. After all is said and done, I realized that I was missing three things: 1. My $80 Black Adidas workout pants 2. My $25 Black Forever21 Jogger Pants 3. My $20 Black LOFT Shirt (Medium) I contacted the store and spoke to a girl named Ari. She was nice and polite. She took my number down and said she'll look for it and she'll call me back after 5 minutes. Almost 30minutes after (no callback from her), I called back and checked up on her. She said that she looked around and didn't find it. She said that she would let the girls know in the morning and asked me to call back and check with them. I asked Ari what's gonna happen if they don't find my missing clothes. Of course she would not know so she asked me to call tomorrow (May 28, 2015) to speak to the owner. She did say that they had the same situation before when a worker stole some of the clothes of a customer. Ari couldn't believe how I would be missing any clothes. She told me the process step by step. According to her: 1. They receive the bags and weigh each of them 2. They record the weight 3. After laundry and folding, they place the same clothes to the same bags (which is not true in my case because my husband's clothes and my clothes are mixed together) and weigh them again to make sure that they have the same weight. 4. They don't pay attention if the difference is not significantly large. Ari said that the weight of the clothes can change since they were cleaned. In addition, Ari had a very hard time locating my information. When I dropped of the bags, the lady asked for my number and she found me on the system right away. When Ari asked for my number, she said that I have two names there. And she kept asking how much I paid for. She said that the system said $35 dollars but I told her I paid $45. So even that, I have no idea where the discrepancy is coming from. I am writing this review for documentation purposes. The only way I can contact the owner is through contacting the store. If you have had the same experience before, let me know what you did. What would you demand? I am not after their money whatsoever. I would rather have my clothes back than giving me money or store credit or whatever. The reason why I took pictures of these clothes is because they are that important to me. One thing is for sure, this is going to be my first and last wash and fold service. Never again. read more

Always seems very busy, but the attendants are right on top of people who leave their clothes in the dryer and leave. They have the biggest washer and dryer I have ever seen and they are QUICK! Very clean. The only complaint is that nothing is really done to address the little kids that run wild and scream the whole time they are there, but that is really not their fault. But something should be said to the parents. read more

I love this laundromat. Come late on a weeknight and it's often pretty empty. The place is always clean and they have a modest selection of well-priced soaps, bleach, etc. for sale. On the rare occasion that a machine malfunctions, the staff will promptly solve the problem and give you a complimentary wash cycle if your machine malfunctions in the middle of a wash. On top of all that, they use a card system for all washers and dryers, which saves the trouble of getting change and lets you use credit and debit cards. As a lover of cashless transactions, I am pretty much sold by that alone. The prices aren't too bad for all you get, either. I can pay less at the little hole-in-the-wall places around the neighborhood, but I'd rather dip my card, select a spot among the ample seating (including four-person tables), and crack open a magazine in comfort while the machines do their thing. read more

This is an excellent Laundromat. Not Only is it 24 hours but they give you back 10% for every $10 you spend on your card. In addition they randomly give you money back on your card like a lottery. I got back $6 one day. Its a little of a drive from where I live but it is worth it because I can do laundry any time. The place is very clean and the only pet peeve I have is that the attendants are constantly cleaning around me. I need just a little space. The machines are big and a tad pricey but to me it is still worth it. Small Machines $2.95 triple loaders $4.95 Quadruple Loader $6.95. They have extra large dryers for 90 cents for ten minutes. Greatest place to do Laundry! I live in ghetto ass jersey city and always feared that crack heads would get my laundry, or get robbed going to the laundromat, then take my dirty laundry, lol. Highlights: Their is a 70lb dryer! Open 24 hours Quarters are replaced with a charge card (like a credit card) Very clean & safe facility Hot dryers Free Coffee (to me its good) Due to the greatness of the machines and staff, customers are in and out. Also the time it took to do laundry was literally cut in half. No more long ass ordeals of waiting for a dryer or a place to fold. Used to be THE BEST and CLEANEST place around. Washers not spinning, dryers temp is off, buttons don't always work, and it's a wreck. This place used to be so clean, they swept all the time, and now what a mess. I fell the other day because there were so many dryer sheets on the floor. The workers are more concerned with doing the drop off laundry instead of the people in the place. And when is Gloria coming back. Not the friendliest crew there now. Not all, but definitely a few. This place is terrible (after giving them a second chance!); to say the least. Multiple times I received clothes from other customers. The straw that broke the camels back for me was the lady that Works on Sunday nights; totally messed up order...smh. I went the following Monday noticed the bag was a lot lighter when I got home OMG! About 15 pounds of clothes were missing with out any explanation when I when bought it to there attention. I went back and they retrieved a fraction of the clothes. I use to like this place. But recently it has been going to the pits. The staff is nasty. They take up all the dryers to do wash and fold in busy days when that shouldn't be the case. The washers stink like sewer. I used one to wash my baby's clothes and the clothes stunk after washing. When I asked to rewash, the spanish girl with shoulder length brown hair was nasty to me. Walked over to smell the dryer and was busy talking about it and me infront of other customers nastily. I demanded to speak to the manager and then she decided to pay for my rewash. When I asked for the manager she said there isn't one. I asked again.." you sure you don't have a manager here" she started arguing stating why do I need a manager if she's allowing me to rewash. They really do, but they've got this new kid working here, about 6'2, Hispanic kid who won't take his head-set out to talk to you, and has TERRIBLE customer service skills, completely rude with attitude to boot... The ladies that work there take up numerous dryers for the drop off clients and just leave the clothes in them until they're good and ready. You ask them to use the dryers and they say go around to the other side. So 10 dryers with dry clothes just sitting there and you have to find a dryer and have all your machines on each side of the laundromat. read more

This is my go to spot to wash clothes. You can find a cheaper place BUT this place is large and almost always clean (the bathrooms too). I often see the owner here and it looks like he really cares about this place. Another great feature is that this place is open 24/7! I have come here to do laundry at 3 a.m. before. They have detergent for sale here but I find it much cheaper to run next door to Stop n' Shop to get a bigger tub for cheaper. It's nice to do laundry here because you can get coffee next door and do other shopping while your clothes are washing. read more

After 7 years as a loyal customer using their full drop off service, they lost my clothes. I could have dealt with that if not for them refusing to take responsibility. Their computer was down so i trusted them when they took down my phone number and couldn't give me a ticket. After 3 very frustrating visits they have refused to accept any responsibility and I got into a screaming match with the person who took the clothes to begin with where he called me a liar and flipped me off. This place is convenient! Less than 10mins from home they also offer wash & fold and dry cleaning services. The location is huge with plenty of washers and dryers. They take advantage of technology and require the use of electronic cards that can be loaded with a debit/credit or cash. I do think they need to invest in more carts but other than that it's your one stop shop for all your laundry needs. read more

I've been using this laundromat with my parents for years and it's great and big and all but the moment something goes wrong no one can help. I got charged twice when trying to add money to my laundry card and when I came it to try and fix it no one could help me. The automatic card loading machine, plenty of folding tables and convince to park are key. Let's not forget being open 24 hours a day!! My gf was having sensitivity to older detergent and couldn't even sleep in bed. I took all of our bedding and her clothes and towels there around 11:30 at night- I was out the door with almost 13 loads oflaundry freshly washed by 2!! It was so great! Credit card reader hardly ever works and then you have to go to ATM and pay a fee! They can never find your bag and when you get it there is always at least 2 articles of clothes in it that isn't yours and most of all not 1 person speaks English good!
