This is a laundromat you have to come in and visit for yourself. My favorite part is they play music and you can request any song , and they'll play it Or you can request for them to turn it off and turn on the tv. This laundromat tries to make you feel at home and make you as comfortable as possible providing you with actual decent service and I tried plenty of wash and folds. You ever had someone make it their business to get a stain out for you because it's been bothering you for so long ? The ladies at Ez wash does just that. Go in and visit this laundromat for yourself and then have your opinion but to me ? I like them

Good afternoon ,  On this day at 130pm in the afternoon I…read morecame to Sonic Sudz in Linden NJ to do my laundry . As I walked in the laundromat I noticed the laundry attendant and about 3 people who were in the laundry drying at the time.  I was currently listening to music on my wired head phones and putting my laundry in the washing machine when I noticed the  attendant which is a woman of Spanish descent race was playing her personal music very loudly pretty much at club volume.  I kindly walked over and asked the young lady if she could turn down the music and I quickly observed that there was a language barrier. I used hand gestures and then the young lady responded "musica". Yes , and I motioned if she could turn it down ?! She then responded "no", threw her hands up and fanned me off and proceeded go back to her task. I then asked for the manager and she responded "manager" and again fanned me off while saying no.   Every Spanish person that walked in or out of the laundromat she  complained and pointed at me. At this point by the 2nd person she told about me I began to feel uncomfortable and threatened. She then spoke to a third person who she the had call the cops.   Conveniently prior to the cops arriving , the music volume went to a more reasonable volume. The same way she was able to speak to every spanish person to complain she could've asked them to translate to better understand and or resolve the issue.   The manager arrived shortly after apologized and provided me a credit. Still feeling like a unsatisfied customer but hopefully the manager takes heed to my experience and see that he either replaces her or see that she learns the importance of good customer service and respect.

They are retraining their employee and I've given the establishment a second shot. I've updated my rating taking into account the customer service and will update the review with the results of my second wash & fold Original Review: Clothes were folded weirdly, in thirds as opposed to half-then-half like myself and every other laundromat has done. So I had to refold to get it to fit properly on top of my other clothes in the closet... At which point I discovered clothes were not properly folded (were completely wrinkled before folding) so I had to iron or steam all my work clothes. Not much point in a wash and fold service if you have to iron and refold your clothes. One shirt looked like it was dropped on the ground and had some heavy dark industrial grease on it. Complete waste of money, but worst of all, a waste of my valuable time. Go elsewhere

The washer I used had a screen that didn't light up with numbers like the rest did and I almost thought it was out of order but it still worked. The beverage vending machine had reasonably priced drinks in it like 1$ water bottles but I didn't buy any since I wasn't thirsty at the moment but it's nice to know they're cheap. Also cool how it takes debit cards as well as cash. Staff is helpful and nice. Overall it's a good laundromat that I recommend trying.

Initially, everything seemed straightforward, and I received a message at 6:47 PM stating that my laundry was ready. However, when I tried to schedule same-day delivery back to my home, that option wasn't available. I called the laundromat to clarify, and the experience quickly went downhill. The woman I spoke with was extremely unprofessional--she told me I was wrong, insisted my laundry wasn't ready, raised her voice, and ultimately hung up on me while I was trying to understand what was going on. Because of that interaction, I asked a friend who lives nearby to pick up my laundry even if it had not been serviced yet, as I didn't feel comfortable continuing the service. Shortly after, the same employee called me back to say it was a mistake and that my laundry was actually ready. There was no apology for the confusion or for how I was treated. When my friend arrived for pickup, there woman acknowledged the misunderstanding but offered no apology. While my laundry was completed, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service was disappointing--especially for a paid rush service. I also ended up handling pickup myself instead of receiving the delivery I paid for. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication and customer service, because this experience did not meet expectations.
