This is the best dry cleaners that I have done business with during my lifetime…read more I dropped off a half dozen items to be laundered. Of these items, there was a two- piece dress with jacket that was purchased by my late husband. The jacket was trimmed in what appeared to be black leather but turned out to be plastic. Over the years, the plastic became fragile. I happened to wear the dress while working as a background actor and noticed the peeling of plastic. When I dropped off my clothes, it was explained to me that they could not repair the jacket. They suggested that I take it to an establishment who specializes in handling such repairs. When I picked up my laundry, I left it on my valet. I did not want to deal with the jacket. Almost two months have passed since I touched my laundered clothes. Today, I decided to put the clothes into my closet, and I was SHOCKED! I cried! Choi's Valley Cleaners had removed ALL of the plastic from around the collar running down the front of the jacket, the pockets and the sleeves with black fabric. They never said anything to me when I picked up my laundry. Rather, they pulled all my clothing together and I paid. The person who helped me smiled and said have a nice day. Choi's Valley Cleaners went beyond customer service. I will be grateful to them the rest of my life. They understood how important the dress was to me and went out of their way to preserve it. The woman working both when I dropped off and picked up was friendly and efficient, but otherwise there wasn't much that wowed me about the place. For a shirt, jacket, and pants, it came out to just under $15 which I assume is reasonable? The only thing that caught me off guard was how long it took for the clothes to be cleaned. Despite the fact that ry seemed to have a large facility, I didn't see any cleaning happening on the premises, so I suspect they send it out. It took a week for my clothes to be ready for pickup. Didn't dry cleaners used to be know for same day or next day service? I probably would come back here again the next time I need a dry cleaner, it's right next to the train station, however they don't open until after my train leaves in the morning, so not as convenient as it could be.

There have been places in the past who don't clean properly let alone such a bright garment; so to say I'm appreciative is to say the least. I pay $20 each time I have this coat cleaned. It may not be the most cost-effective cleaners but they certainly get the job done so I can't complain about prices. I've had other garments cleaned here and I've also had some clothes tailored. I'm equally satisfied with all of their services. I'm often greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome; their parking lot has plenty of space and I'm always quickly in and out whether dropping off or picking up. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I brought in a few linen blouses that fit me perfectly, and when I got them back, they were visibly stretched out and no longer wearable. Linen is delicate, but this level of damage is unacceptable. What made things worse was the complete lack of accountability. When I pointed out the issue to the owner, instead of trying to help or even acknowledge the possibility of a mistake, she raised her voice, started yelling at me and insisted that I brought the blouses in in that condition- which is simply not true. Now, in addition to paying $25 for cleaning one blouse and $30 for another one, I am left with having to purchase new blouses because of her lack of accountability. Good customer service goes a long way, especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this owner chose defensiveness over professionalism.I won't be returning and would NOT RECOMMEND THEM if you care about your high end clothes being handled properly.

She started coming over and slamming the washer doors around us, trying to intimidate us. For much of the time our wash load was in. When I asked her name, she went silent.
