I went back with the tablecloth and the guy said he tried and it didn't come out. I don't believe him one bit. We have used this cleaner for over 10 years and are so disappointed with our last experience we won't be coming back and I encourage everyone to seek elsewhere. The lady who took my order understood English on the phone and gave me a price of $12. I asked her for both? $6 and $6? and she said yes 6 and 6. When I got there, she played dumb and told me $24. I really needed them shortened so said ok and gave her the money. She pretended not to understand what I was saying when I asked about the original price on the phone. I also gave her 4 shirts to dry clean. I picked up the order a few days later and the pinning job she did on the pants was all wrong because they are WAY too short and one of the shirts I had dry cleaned got a HOLE in it! The owners of this place are total liars and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you want to be lied to about prices and have your clothes messed up, go right ahead!!! Also, the lady denied everything and once again pretended to not understand English when it is convenient for her. This place is a NIGHTMARE AND SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

The woman working both when I dropped off and picked up was friendly and efficient, but otherwise there wasn't much that wowed me about the place. For a shirt, jacket, and pants, it came out to just under $15 which I assume is reasonable? The only thing that caught me off guard was how long it took for the clothes to be cleaned. Despite the fact that ry seemed to have a large facility, I didn't see any cleaning happening on the premises, so I suspect they send it out. It took a week for my clothes to be ready for pickup. Didn't dry cleaners used to be know for same day or next day service? I probably would come back here again the next time I need a dry cleaner, it's right next to the train station, however they don't open until after my train leaves in the morning, so not as convenient as it could be.

I provided them a dress shirt, brand new out of the pristine packaging from Nordstrom. No stains. I just needed the creases out. I went to pick it up, and unfortunately still full of creases. No problem, it happens. I ask them to redo it as it can't be worn like that. I go to pick it up again, and now it's covered in stains. These stains were not there when I handed it to them, or when they gave it back to me the first time. No idea where they came from, but I noticed it right away - dark brown and throughout the entirety of the shirt. I pointed it out, and they took it back while I waited. They reluctantly fixed it. Regardless, I'm not sure why I gave them a clean shirt to be pressed and then it came back with stains. The woman then told me to find another dry cleaner if I wasn't happy and that it wasn't going to be perfect (unprompted as I was leaving). Im not expecting perfect, but I do expect to be handed a shirt without stains, especially when it was given to them without. I found this to be hurtful and rude. As a loyal customer, I would have continued coming back and assumed it as a one off. The fact they were so dismissive and not taking ownership was incredibly disappointing.
