Haven't had any issues with clothes so far. The only complain is that the shop rite parking lot is always a mess (many many seniors walking and driving slow and disorganized). And you have to pass all that since the dry cleaner is right at the end. On the bright side, there are 2 assigned parking spots.

I provided them a dress shirt, brand new out of the pristine packaging from Nordstrom. No stains. I just needed the creases out. I went to pick it up, and unfortunately still full of creases. No problem, it happens. I ask them to redo it as it can't be worn like that. I go to pick it up again, and now it's covered in stains. These stains were not there when I handed it to them, or when they gave it back to me the first time. No idea where they came from, but I noticed it right away - dark brown and throughout the entirety of the shirt. I pointed it out, and they took it back while I waited. They reluctantly fixed it. Regardless, I'm not sure why I gave them a clean shirt to be pressed and then it came back with stains. The woman then told me to find another dry cleaner if I wasn't happy and that it wasn't going to be perfect (unprompted as I was leaving). Im not expecting perfect, but I do expect to be handed a shirt without stains, especially when it was given to them without. I found this to be hurtful and rude. As a loyal customer, I would have continued coming back and assumed it as a one off. The fact they were so dismissive and not taking ownership was incredibly disappointing.
