I just want a clean, quiet place to wash and fold my clothes and be on my way. I love the variety in machines and the price point. It's the cheapest in the area. I washed and dried four loads of clothes in peace and quiet for less than $20! Can't beat that! The staff is awesome also- very helpful and attentive. Looking forward to being a regular.

I brought several bags in for wash and fold service one morning. While the attendant was weighing…read morethe bags, she said there was too much to do today and it would have to be for tomorrow. I asked if maybe one or two of the bags could be for today and she said no since she already began weighing all the bags together. I went back later that day in the afternoon to drop off some more bags and was happily surprised to see my order was fully done and ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the attendant said she could not release them to me since I had only paid for next day service. Even though I thought that was ridiculous, I said "No problem, I'll just pay the increased rate for same day service so I can take my clothing now." The attendant said that since I didn't pay the same day rate when I dropped it off it couldn't be changed now and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager. The attendant claims she called management but there was nothing they could do. Last time I'll use this business.

The owner is extremely FRIENDLY, and helpful. He greets you at the door and helps you unload your…read morethings out the car. He brings carts to you outside and helps you bring them in. He really values your business. There's serval laundry mats around this area within walking distance of each other .. So he knows you can go anywhere but you choose to come here. I've never met an owner of a facility so nice and down to earth and always engaging with you on every visit. He has other employees that work the days he doesn't but I can't say the same about them. One lady is a little rude she doesn't even greet you when you come in.

They renovated the bathroom and painting and installed a sound system to make the laundry experience 1000x better. It's so bright and offer so much more than any other laundromat around the area!! Property is clean with TV's and bathrooms, even 2 vending machines and change machines, but would be nice if they had an ATM or a change machine that took credit/debit. Again, Helen is a real help there, super friendly as well, and the rest of the staff is great too. Parking lot is a disaster some days, lines aren't clearly painted and people generally can't drive well in the USA. Best there is in the SOMA area, which is kind of sad, but then again most homes have washer dryers here too.

They open super early and stay open late, which is an advantage over the other laundromats in the area. Laundromat opens daily 5:30am - 11:30pm. Attendant is on duty M-F 10am - 6pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm, Sunday 8am - 5pm. Free coffee when you come during hours that the attendant is here. There is a bathroom, old-looking but sufficient. BEWARE of dryer #13, 14, single load washers #10, 11, and double load washers #17 and 18. These machines in particular tend to be finicky about accepting quarters. Small tubs are available for collecting quarters from the change machine. Enough parking spots most of the time, but it can get crowded on evenings because of the other shops and dance studios in the Blue Ribbon Shopping Plaza. Vending machines for snacks and drinks. TV that usually have the news on. They have wash and fold service here but I have never used it.

Thank god I decided to randomly check my bank account when I was picking up my clothes from the dryer when I asked the girl if it was just a $10 hold she said no it was a service fee for using the debit card and my other options are quarters or buying one of the laundromat cards and loading it
