I asked if maybe one or two of the bags could be for today and she said no since she already began weighing all the bags together. I went back later that day in the afternoon to drop off some more bags and was happily surprised to see my order was fully done and ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the attendant said she could not release them to me since I had only paid for next day service. Even though I thought that was ridiculous, I said "No problem, I'll just pay the increased rate for same day service so I can take my clothing now." The attendant said that since I didn't pay the same day rate when I dropped it off it couldn't be changed now and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager. The attendant claims she called management but there was nothing they could do. Last time I'll use this business.

Again, Helen is a real help there, super friendly as well, and the rest of the staff is great too. Parking lot is a disaster some days, lines aren't clearly painted and people generally can't drive well in the USA. Last night came here and the woman inside told my partner around or before 10:15 I couldn't do a wash. We were told the night prior last wash is 10:30. She was rude, belligerent. I went in and asked if she said that to my partner and she said yes, last wash 10. The night before we were told 10:30. I said - it's not too late, we would be out well before close at midnight and that we were going to do a wash. She started coming over and slamming the washer doors around us, trying to intimidate us. For much of the time our wash load was in. When I asked her name, she went silent. She clearly isn't going a very good job of cleaning. I'm contesting the charges on my card and reporting this place to the state attorney general. You can't treat people this way or have dangerous washers with mold. This is the last thing I needed on a rough road trip for medical needs.

Not that the following has anything to do with laundry, but it has everything to do with the flair, originality and style of Lost Sock: Boss Lady L. was sporting incredible feathered shocks of hair dyed pink, fascia and peach! I said nothing so as not to seem inappropriate in these days of innocent compliments striking the wrong chord but between you and me! I loved it! Actually I began telling her about "dramma gassi, Nanya Basson". As I regaled her with the tale of my Danish aunt's misfortune of being stranded in Java after her Danish operation company broke down and her having to serve as a servant at a wealthy family's estate.
