Second of all, I brought in a brand new top that I paid $150.00 for and instead of marking the ticket 5 items, they marked it 4 items and never gave me the top back. Of course when I went there to discuss with them, Jane was RUDE and of course uncooperative . They stole my top and refuse to make good on the reimbursement. They are the only dry cleaner I used since being new to Summit, NJ. Certainly I will never USE THEM AGAIN. They could easily have solved this problem by putting in a claim on their insurance but they are arrogant and nasty she wouldn't even listen to me. CHECK YOUR TICKETS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.

Is there a single business out there that leaves their registers completely unmanned? The owner seems inattentive, unfocused, and bothered by customers being there. She seems to be focused on chatting away with the people behind the store front. Everyone who is at the registers tries to get you to leave quickly, but they take forever to even come to the front, if they even realize you are there at all. There are obviously more people in the back, because when there is a line, more people appear. Why do they wait for the store to be packed full to appear? Why are there two or three of us waiting for one person at the register, when there are clearly more people in the back, just chatting away? Why is it that not a single person employed at this store (with one exception) seems to know where anything is? Every time, whether it is my order or someone next to me, they have to check the camera for something. Is nobody keeping track of anything? The only good person there is the older tall gentleman with graying hair that shows up occasionally to the register. He seems to know where everything is and will always smile. Hopefully he is the owner's husband, because he seems to be the only one that can do anything.

Every time I drop off a blanket that needs dry cleaning, I ask that they don't wash and dry the blanket, and to please only dry clean it. The blankets still come back shrunken. This has happened many times and from now on, I will not bring my blankets to them. The manager (Lou) used to be very hands-on there, but I've been told that he no longer deals with the individual cleaners, and prefers that his "managers" deal with customers. This is unfortunate as I think he's become out of touch with the quality that's taking place there.
