Great laundry mat.. Wash and fold service is legit. Very affordable at $1.10 a pound and very quick turnover in regards to wash and fold. The employee's are extremely friendly and often do an incredible job at rushing through orders to try and return your laundry if you need it within a day. I have tried more 'upscale' wash and folds local to me in Millburn and realized that Sudz Dudz offers a better price and quality. Highly recommend and kudos to the team there! read more

I brought several bags in for wash and fold service one morning. While the attendant was weighing the bags, she said there was too much to do today and it would have to be for tomorrow. I asked if maybe one or two of the bags could be for today and she said no since she already began weighing all the bags together. I went back later that day in the afternoon to drop off some more bags and was happily surprised to see my order was fully done and ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the attendant said she could not release them to me since I had only paid for next day service. Even though I thought that was ridiculous, I said "No problem, I'll just pay the increased rate for same day service so I can take my clothing now." The attendant said that since I didn't pay the same day rate when I dropped it off it couldn't be changed now and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager. The attendant claims she called management but there was nothing they could do. Last time I'll use this business. read more

I'm giving them a 4 star rating because the facility is very nice and the attendants are pleasant. That being said, I must comment on the constant raising of prices, especially the dryers. I understand all about overhead, however, I think 75 cents for 10 minutes of drying time is a bit much. You won't be drying very many towels in less than 45 minutes. Also, the $20 minimum for wash and fold is high as well. When the dryer went up to 70 cents I stopped doing linens and towels and found another local wash and fold service that was considerably less expensive. I prefer doing personal laundry myself and I will explore other options. read more

I've come to this laundromat frequently over the last several years. The last two recent visits were quite disappointing. The machines and the floor were not clean. There was detergent which had spilled on top of some of the machines and on the floor. Staff did not seem concerned about it, mostly stayed behind the counter/focused on cell phone, nor were they friendly. Better maintenance and friendlier customer service is needed. First and last time coming here. I just moved to the area and dropped my DOWN comforter off to get washed. 2 weeks later, I came to pick it up and was handed a NON down comforter. Thankfully my ticket showed "down comforter" and the comforter I received was clearly not down. I complained to the manager or whoever to get reimbursed and he low balled me saying that he didn't know how long I've had my down comforter for thus, refusing to reimburse me the amount I asked for. 1) it was Ralph Lauren 2) down comforters are meant to last for a looong time. Super clean laundromat, looks brand new. They offer fluff & fold options as well. They have medium & large sized washing machines and large dryers. Medium washer rate $2.69 Large dryer rate $0.39 You must purchase a card for $1.00 as all machine operate only from the card not cash. It's great bc you can add funds on your card from cash or credit. They DO NOT allow you to wash pet mats or pet bedding, or any bedding for that matter. I've dealt with my share of drop-off laundromats and various washatoriums, but this place was top notch. I just moved into the area and randomly found this place. When I walked in, the place was clean, the washers and dryers were now and appeared to be functioning and the other patrons were calm and not yelling at each other about who had which machine and who stole whose cart. I was greeted by one of the owners and the drop-off process was explained well. Their prices were more than fair and I was satisfied with the cost for my laundry. When I returned the next day (less than 24 hour turnaround), I was greeted by the other owner who was also very pleasant to work with. My clothes were nicely folded and smelled very clean. We came across Sudz Dudz and decided to stop in being it was one of the only places open on a Sunday. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, and even though we dropped the laundry off after noon, they were able to have it ready the same day! I just recently moved to New Jersey from Ohio and needed a laundromat that had wash n' fold service. I found this place, and I'm so happy I did. The owners are really nice and prices are affordable. They do a good job with the wash n fold service; they can get it back to you in a day, which is awesome especially when you're running low on underwear. Also, the place is really clean compared to many other laundromats in the area. It seems that all their customers become regulars and that they enjoy coming here. Rather than address a legitimate issue a customer had, the owner called my wife a liar and simply hung up on me. We have been going to this laundromat for years, but NO MORE. Our washer/dryer combo broke, so instead of buying a new one, we decided to try out some laundry mats around town (Kenilworth).. After reading many reviews on line, we decided to try "Sudz Dudz Laundromat" in Springfield. Much to my surprise, we were very impressed. The place was extremely clean, the owner(s) were VERY friendly and helpful. What made it even better was the yogurt place right next door. What better way to do your laundry than to eat frozen yogurt!! Even thou we have 2 Laundromat's here in town, we will be taking the ten minute drive to do our laundry here. I went there once to use the wash and fold service. Service was amazing when I went to drop off my clothes when they first opened at 7:00 on Tuesday. Woman was super happy and nice and she even called me back to tell me my clothes were ready at around 17:00 the same day. I was already home, so I told her I would come back at 7:00 the next morning before going to work. Wednesday morning I show up with an extra coffee for her but it was a different lady there, I went in at 7:10. Super rude, looked at me like I was bothering her and very short with me. I stayed polite the whole time even when she brushed me off when I was trying to help her find my bag. She then asked me if I was the owner of the car with the out of state tags. I said yes, why? She answered that I was in her spot....the whole PUBLIC parking lot was EMPTY. She followed me out, I had my big bag of clothes in one hand and the extra coffee for the other lady in the other (I didn't feel like giving it to her), so I had trouble opening the door. Looked at me like I was a complete idiot and didn't help. Just because of her I will not go back there. I'm ready to drive 30 minutes away to my old laundromat now. read more

Dropped two white duvets- one queen and one king. About $16/$17.00 each, which is reasonable. Asked for bleach to be added. I was told they could be ready at the end of the day (which is great!), but they would prefer to keep them overnight to make sure all of the dampness was out. I was happy to leave them overnight, and really appreciated that they wanted to make sure they were thoroughly dry. Picked up the next day and they were snow white and fluffy. They turned out so, so well. I dropped another one the next day, and plan to use Sudz Dudz from now on! read more

It's clean, the owner was helpful and friendly, and you use a card instead of quarters (better than holding $20 of quarters in your pockets, but I don't like being charged $1 for the card). I recently moved to Morristown from Jersey city and have been trying to find a laundromat with reasonable drop-off service prices. This place was my third attempt and I am still disappointed. With the abundance of good reviews, I was hoping this was going to be as great as my Jersey city go-to laundromat. I believe the price per pound was $1.19 - not cheap, not super expensive (I could be slightly off w the price so double check). They weren't really fast and, they were suppose to call me when finished but never did. Worst part, the clothing (specifically the underwear) was "folded" haphazardly, and everything was mixed together (no separation of between underwear, towels, and socks [pairs were thankfully together though] ). Perhaps my standards are too high, I dont know but when you pay for this kind of service, you want everything to be neat and nicely folded including undergarments. my dryer broke at home and I needed to get one weeks worth of clothes to the laundromat that contained soiled belongings from myself as well as my three kids (my husband is a child). I brought in two hampers piled over the top with clothes, one hamper filled with wet sour smelling wash that was in my washer at the time of dryer breakage and I had no means of drying. The poor woman did not bat an eye as she helped me unload, weigh, and told me that in 24 hours my wash would be done. She was a saint. Place was super clean and I have never seen wash folded so nicely in my life. Brings a Ghostbuster quote to mind, "no human being stacks books like this."
