I've used many laundromats for wash and fold. This one far exceeds the rest. The owner takes pride in his business and truly cares for his customers. He stands behind their services to make sure they're providing the best quality possible. They have brand new machines and use detergents for sensitive skin like ALL free and clear. (Most places I've been to use very cheap detergents.) If you have questions or concerns and want to speak to the owner, he calls back right away and is happy to address any issues in a customer friendly manor. I'm really happy i found this place. My husband loves it too. He's usually the one who picks up and drops off our laundry. He has mentioned that Patrick is always there, shaking customers hands and thanking them for their business. Open til 10 pm. Very nice staff. They have single, double, and TRIPLE loaders. Parking in the back makes it easy and quick. Quarter machines inside. Another room on the side with extra machines if it's crowded. Lots of stores nearby if you don't want to sit and wait.. pizza a couple doors down, shopping, etc. read more

This place was wonderful before I became on going customer. Holiday (Wednesday they usually pick up) came up and this laundromat promise to pick my clothes Saturday and drop off Sunday. To find out today, owner doesn't want to drop off clothes and how he never said that. I have text on my phone with two different stories. Now I have no car and I have to go up there to pick up my clothes by using Lyft. I have got this location. Laundry attendant didn't seem happy I was there and I have told attendant, I will be waiting inside waiting for my Lyft car because it is cold outside then owner has nerve wanting pick up Wednesday. There is weight limit needing 30lbs to clothes. How do you expect to get 30lbs of clothes by Wednesday? I did this company a favor by letting them pick up saturday to find out they can't drop off my clothes on Sunday. Will not be back and will go else where. read more

Doing laundry is never fun, but Towne Laundromat makes it easy with 3-load washers. Very clean, with an attendant who cleans machines after every load. Put your wash in, then head one block east for coffee at Rock 'n Joes. Not a bad afternoon, relatively speaking. read more

I have been using Towne Laundromat for the past 3 years. The store has always been very clean and organized. There are plenty of different size machines with reasonable pricing and you never have to wait for machines. Attendant always present and they are very helpful especially if its your first time. Plenty of space to sit and fold your clothes. read more

Will never go back. They should tell you it's CASH or CHECK ONLY when you drop off over $60 worth of laundry. Unbelieveable.
