I have been coming here for a very long time. I have never seen a laundromat with such consistent cleaning going on. Every time I'm here in some form or fashion the washers are being wiped down, the dryers cleaned and vacuumed, the folding stations being cleaned and floors swept. It's just one of the consistently cleanest laundromats I've ever been to and nothing like the last local laundromat I used to go to. There is rarely a machine out of service and staff is always friendly which is a huge plus! read more

This bad review is towards the service given. The staff was disgustingly rude. Wish I had the name of the girl who spoke so nasty to me. 2 hours before closing rushing me and refusing to allow me to wash clothes because she was already cleaning. Again 2 hours before closing time. I confirmed the time they closed which was 11pm I arrived at 9pm to wash my clothes which I had more than enough time. A 24 minute wash and a 40 minute dry. I don't fold my clothes I always take it after dryer. The intensity of this woman for me to leave was intolerable. Again the most rude staff I've ever had. Will never recommend this place due to the staff being awfully rude and lack of customer service. read more

Super clean. Newish machines. Reasonable prices. Helpful staff. What else do you want in a laundromat? Highlights: They're open late every day. I love that I can load my laundry card using my credit card because who carries cash/change these days? Ive never had to wait for a machine and they are clean and well maintained. The staff are approachable and quick to notify you if anything is different on that particular day. They are also constantly cleaning and wiping down the machines. The other customers have always been respectful of the space and don't give any trouble. Best laundromat I've been too tbh. read more

I've don't think I've ever been treated so badly or received such poor service in my life. So many things went wrong during this transaction, but it was the way I spoken down to that had me walking out of this place with my jaw dropped. I'm here with my partner from Denmark visiting my parents & they insisted I go there to wash my clothes because the service is (was) top notch. In the end, 5 socks of my husbands socks (a pack that was opened here in the states) came out missing their match. And, a turtleneck that was in my small suitcase of clothes was lost. This is unfortunate, but the way I was treated by a manager with the name tag "Manuela" who then told me her name was "Stephanie" like mine - left me actually shocked. After putting up her finger and telling me to wait to because she was on her phone talking to someone, she proceeded to look up my Dad's order that I was picking up while talking on the phone. I couldn't get a word in. After explaining the situation, she said it was illogical of me to to say that her or any employee stole my husbands socks - I had to correct her 3x and insist I wasn't accusing them of stealing, but losing. She said she remembered me and my partner exactly and when we came to the laundromat - the 9th because she was there the whole day. I actually came on the 17th. Then, she tried to say, "Aren't these socks matched? You're clearly mistaken." - when the socks were clearly not a match. Then, she tried to insist she knew what happened because she was the one who washed the clothing - as she promised my mom (who came with me) Then afterwards backpedaled & said it was employee named Kevin who washed the clothing. So, where's the lie? After she tried to go in circles to confuse me, I finally just asked for a refund to which she downright refused and said I may as well leave because there was nothing she could do. So very much went wrong, and I truly just hope for this girl to find a new job because customer service is not for her. read more

I dropped my clothes off one Sunday. They told me it'd be ready in 24 hours. They charged me an extra $4.00 to put a softener "downy" and my clothes didn't even smell clean. Plus they lost a few of my belongings. Won't be going back. read more

Been going here since they opened and it used to be a great place. But little by little I've realized that I have to find somewhere better to go. It's great because not far from where I am and there is a Rite Aid next door which makes it great to get everything you need. They need to improve this location and make it customer friendly, maybe a bit of wifi, or charging ports, or some air conditioning since at times the temperature is the same as it is outside or worst with the dryers going. And if they close at 11pm why is the older lady in there bitching to get out you by 10pm. If you're still drying she gets annoyed when you walk around but meanwhile you have to get back and forth from drying tables to dryers. She starts to mumble under her breath and she makes it known that she's annoyed meanwhile you have till 11pm to leave but she wants you out as early as possible. read more

I've been going here a few months. It's clean, never too busy, and offers free soap on Wednesdays. The staff are polite, too.
