I really tried to like this place. Even though I didn't get a great vibe walking in I still opted…read moreto try this place out for their dry cleaning services based on the (now highly questionable) reviews I read. I had a fair amount of shirts (13) and a suit so I was totally getting that they needed 5 days to turn it around, albeit I had much faster service in some other places I used to go in the city. Anyway the price was fine and I left them to their own devices. When I picked up the shirts they were fine until I noticed on several of my shirts they actually stapled the tags onto the actual shirt labels. Seriously I've never seen anything like this in any of the other dry cleaners I went to. I've seen them staple around the label or button holes on the tag itself but never on the actual label of the shirt. That's either some serious brain dead shit or some serious careless shit. God awful practice. Anyway I'm never coming back. I should have listened to my own gut and noticed why there wasn't much of a rack of dry cleaning in there. I guess the folks in the area know better than to read old questionable reviews and opt to do their cleaning elsewhere.

I had a strange and not so good experience doing laundry here. First, note that it's coin only. The…read moremajority of their business seems to be drop off. There's not much room to move around in here due to the bags and piles of drop off laundry. The machines for the customers are old Maytags. They have no double wash or double rinse option. This is a very big deal to those of us with sensitive skin. I had to do a second wash of a quick cycle which was the same price as a regular wash and takes up more time then a simple double rinse would. There are new machines, BUT they all are marked 'attendant only'. So the nicest machines are reserved for the drop off service. Just wow. The attendant asked me to move my laundry bags off the counter right by the machine I was using because she was going to fold clothes there. I'm a paying customer, I shouldn't have had to carry my bags outside. Very rude. I don't like leaving them on top of machines because it can be sticky/dirty. Upon going outside to sit, I found a bench broken to the point metal stuck out and someone could get hurt. One plus is they have a few small top loaders so you can easily do a small load. Basically this place tends mainly to drop off, which should be noted. I've been to many laundromats and have never seen such a large amount of machines reserved for an attendant. Typically I just see them using any available machine. Not the greatest experience.

All the machines are modern and the laundry space is new and clean. There seems to be 3 or 4 different sizes. Small machines are $3.69 and the largest machine is $7.19. Dryers are $.49 for 10 minutes. I haven't washed clothes in laundromat in years so I don't know what's costly or not. I will continue to use this place if I have a lot of loads or have to wash bulky items. The attendant was friendly.
