Thankfully I explained this to the manager and he graciously expedited my laundry and it was ready the following day as promised. The pick up was effortless and the ladies were very nice to me. They separate your whites, hangers on collared shirts, and the socks, boxers, etc come wrapped up separately according to color!! I'm extremely impressed at how my clothes came back!! They smelled fantastic! Overall I'm extremely happy with the wash and fold results. My only caveat being the potential ridiculous 5 day wait for clothes. I've never heard of anything past next day for clothes. I'm hoping I caught them in an unusually busy time cause I really am happy with the care taken with my clothes.

The place is clean and the owners said that one of them is there at all times.
