When the wash was done and after being dried the clothes did not smell washed at all compared to the other load, so I went over to the owner and brought to her attention. She was in denial that something is wrong with washer. I let her know we'd like it rewashed at her expense. $7.00. She refrused. Absolute horrible answer from a business owner. Seriously? Shortly after, she came over and said I'll pay $3.50 and you pay half. Absolutely not... that machine was brought to your attention in the beginning. I'll take my large load laudry elsewhere. Whoever uses this laundromat.. if you dont see suds..demand to take it out and get your money back. Ill never use this laudomat again... all the money they make here and couldn't spare $7.00.
