Customer of several years. This time, extremely disappointed with irreversible damages of brand new, never-worn, clothes worth approximately $2,140 for their very first cleaning. Unfortunately, the garments were returned with irreversible damages including stretches, ironing marks, stains, poor ironing, and other issues. They are unacceptable. Has the management changed? Unbelievable. read more

Morristown Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Morristown, New Jersey

Was going on a cruise and ordered three outfits for the dinners. When the outfits finally arrived, the pants were very long and all needed hems. I had just moved to the area and just did a search for alterations. Gave Morristown Cleaners a try and kept my fingers crossed. They did a WONDERFUL job! And did it so quickly as, admittedly, my time frame was tight. They were so nice about it too. I felt bad that I didn't have a lot of time but they were terrific and everything fit perfectly! Thank you! read more

Too organic - need my clothes cleaned well. They are highly responsive and the delivery and pick up guy is a dream. My clothes were not cleaned to my satisfaction read more

I've had issues in the past with dry cleaners, either losing mine and my husband's things or I've had a really expensive dress ruined. When I moved to New Jersey, I came across Morristown cleaners through a friend and I really do trust them with all of my cleaning needs, the only thing I would say is that compared to some other cleaners they are a little pricey, but I guess it's hard to put a price on good service. read more

People in this shop are nice, and alteration job is OK, but they can't handle black colored clothes. I brought in my brand new, unworn shirts to be laundered to get the stiffness out. They ruined them by probably pressing too hard so the edges of collars, wrists, and center buttoned section were discolored and looked worn out. I complained and they tried to fix but didn't work. Later when I removed from the plastic cover from the store I also found my black trouser had the upper section discolored that must have been from pressing hard with higher temp for the fabric and I could see the color difference from the rest below the legs. I can't wear it any longer. Not going back. read more

Great at alterations. Done multiple alterations there. Parking is difficult though but I find it worth it.

Good service, friendly staff, all at a reasonable price. The only issue is parking - there isn't any.

So happy with the tailoring job they did on my suits! They let out the waist, put suspender buttons in, and hemmed the sleeves a bit. Definitely will come back. Also great dry cleaners! read more

Great service! Professional, friendly. More importantly, they do great work. Thank you.

Best cleaners in town. All clothing comes back perfect with no issues. Quick turnaround. They also can do any tailoring

Thank you for your great emergency cleaning service and removing the grease from my Mother of the Bride wedding dress... just mere hours prior to my daughters wedding. I was crying when the grease from the hotel cart got on my wedding dress. Being away from my hometown, Morristown Cleaners came through for me with quick emergency service and made my dress "brand new" again. You fixed an awful situation quickly and gave me back a joyful day to celebrate with my daughter and family, wearing my beautiful and spotless blue dress! I highly recommend Morristown Cleaners for their excellent service and friendly staff. Janet Ward read more

I have gone here for dry cleaning for the last 4 years. The owners are very friendly and always left me feeling confident in leaving my clothes with them. My clothes always looked great after being cleaned here and I never had any fear that they would shrink or be damaged in some way. They were also always able to remove any stains that I pointed out. I recently moved away and realize the importance of being able to find a good dry cleaner, so anyone looking for a new dry cleaner in Morristown, Morristown Cleaners is an excellent choice! read more

WOWWWWWWWWW what else can I say about this place!!!! Ok so I just moved here. Here's what I discovered. Dry cleaning is expensive everywhere around here (at least the places that are recommended and always busy which is a good sign bc you know your suits won't come out looking like a burnt piece of toast). I usually use dryel from rite aid but my apartment complex doesn't have a washer dryer that has timing so i had to find a dry cleaner. They have the best reviews and boy were the reviews right. My clothes after one dry cleaning here feel like I just bought them from the store. AMAZING. But expensive. Ok but tbh the real reason for this post is the tailor. Oh my sweet baby Jesus this woman is an angel on earth. I brought three items for her to tailor because her reviews were out of the this world. A skirt to be taken in, white silk pants to be hemmed, and a French silk romper that is 4 sizes too big on me now (I lost weight which has been great but also bad because now nothing fits). back to my story. Everything turned out beautiful but let's go back to this romper. THIS THING WAS A 4 SIZES TOO BIG AND FRENCH SILK WITH BUTTONS AND ZIPPERS AND DELICATE FABRIC. Before I brought it here I looked like a mix between a dog wearing a rain jacket (you know the ones that always slide off because the Velcro won't stick) and a parsnip wearing a paper bag. If you try really hard to picture this the picture you get isn't pretty. I didn't have the highest of hopes because I mean i was really starting from the bottom. It took 5 days to do all three items which isn't bad but I was anxious. I showed up to pick this up and try it on post alterations and let me say this WOWWWWWWWW!!!!!! It looked better than it did when I bought it in store!!!! It looks made for me (I suppose that's the whole point of tailoring) but I mean!!!! I WAS LIKE NEW ROMPER WHO DIS!!!!!! Because i couldn't believe it!!!!! I wanted to sound of music run on a hill singing in this thing!!!! It's beautiful and i felt beautiful!!! Bottom line--- come here you won't regret ***updated***** if you ever want to know how great this establishment is continue reading. They are kind and friendly and welcoming. That's something you know as soon as you walk through their doors. I went to this store on a Saturday. On Monday night I realized I lost my sunglasses and went into a mid panic because they are an expensive pair and also one of my favorites. I had been to multiple stores and places on Saturday and thought they were going to be lost forever. I messaged some stores, friends, looked in my car, anywhere they might be. On Tuesday morning at 7 am I called Morristown cleaners to see if they had them. They picked up immediately and told me yes! They had put it in an envelope taped up for me to pick it up with my clothes. I ran over there and sure enough they had them sealed in a package under the counter safely kept for me to come get them!!! I know this doesn't seem dramatic or crazy but it goes towards what great people run this business and why so many people trust them and go to them. It would have been very be easy for them to not put aside , or lose, or not notice. Like I said, I could have left them anywhere. I have been to restaurants where friends forgot their cards or wallets and the restaurant has never fOund them. Instead what Morristown cleaners did was not only keep them until I came back but they also packaged them and secured them so nothing would happen to them. They greeted me with a smile even though I looked like a lunatic going in there (I was basically wearing my pajamas) and were so nice about it. I have been floored with their hospitality and professionalism and honesty. I would never bring my business elsewhere based on their quality and their integrity. read more

Excellent service! I needed a formal dress altered for an upcoming wedding, and persuaded by the good reviews, decided to try Morristown Cleaners. I couldn't be happier with my experience! Awesome place. I had a bridesmaid dress to alter, and they did so in a day. The lady was very professional and perfected the fit. The bridesmaid dress had a distinguished design and back, but none of it were compromised. read more

I had an evening gown hemmed recently. They were friendly and my dress was ready early and the work was great.

Sour grapes from that previous review? I've only had exemplary service here. Not at all a poor experience. Been going here for years!

This place is a piece of shit!!! My clothes were supposed to be ready on a Wednesday evening and the place closed at 7pm. I drove all the way, parked, and came at 6:35PM and the doors were looked-- no sign, no notice, no way to leave a voicemail. I needed my clothes! If they close early, they should call the customer and let them know! read more

Just had an amazing experience. Needed some last minute tailoring, and I'm new to Morristown. I went to a couple different tailors in the area and none of them could offer a same day service. The owner is a very kind and sincere gentleman. He didn't even charge extra for the rushed service. I'll be back to Morristown cleaners as a regular. read more

If you have expensive, bespoke or MTM suits and jackets, this is the only dry cleaner in NJ you can trust. Items come back clean, properly hung, are pressed carefully with lapel roll preserved. I've yet to receive a damaged item and things are ready on the assigned date. There are plenty of cleaners who are fine for laundering shirts, but if you've got a serious suit or garment that needs a real dry cleaner, go to Morristown Cleaners. read more

Fast and polite service; great alterations to a dress when I brought it in last minute!

My wife and I have been using the services of Morristown Cleaners for years, not just for cleaning, which is excellent, but also for alterations. Recently, for the first time in many years, I needed to have them re-do an alteration to a shirt due to a misunderstanding about the length. They fixed the problem and gave me a full refund, without my asking for any compensation. I tried to refuse the refund, but they insisted, saying, "Now I feel better." Obviously, these folks stand behind their work, and their work is superb. read more

Eventhough there are drycleaners closer to home, we prefer to make the weekly trip to Morristown Cleaners. Owners are always friendly and our clothes are expertly done. We've even brought our tailoring/alterations there (I have my own sewing machine but it would have taken me much longer to shop for the right thread color to repair my husband's raincoat! Well worth the $ paid!!) read more

Great Service! They were able to get the yellow ring out of my collar of my white dress shirt, I had not had cleaned in years. I will definitely be back, I highly recommend them read more

They wash and iron my business shirts and dry clean my suits. The results were always good. Staff is friendly. I'm a happy customer!

I occasionally visit morristown for business. Every time I visit, I always make sure I get my dry cleaning done here. Korean owner is so nice and my clothes always come back perfect. I was very impressed how perfect he did tailoring on my suits. They have reasonable prices. I definitely recommend everyone to come here! read more

Wow...what a poor experience. My suggestion: Do not use this cleaners. They do not appear to care about their customers. They are rude. They price gouge for women's clothing, even though it fits on the same machinery as men's. Would have given NO stars if this system allowed. read more

Been going here a little under a year. They do a drop off service with my building. Sometimes I drop off myself. There is street parking and a few spots behind the building. They have helped me with everything to stains, missing buttons and even kept my trench coat (which I forgot for almost 2 months). They are always polite and easy to work with. Not sure how they compare price wise to competitors but I am happy with them. read more

I agree with Warren B. My family and I have been using Morristown Cleaners for years. The customer service and quality of work have been nothing short of exemplary. Highly recommended. read more

Read your bill and count your change. I caught them charging my card for a cleaning job that they didn't do. I asked them to reverse the charges, the kid offered me cash, and then shortchanged me on the cash refund! I think that this is a matter of carelessness rather than dishonesty, but I'd rather deal with someone who is careful with my money, and doesn't give me some nonplussed attitude when I catch them overbilling me! Cleaning looks fine. read more

Wow, 3 shirts dry cleaned for $5.40. I didn't have cash, only card, but the Korean owners said it's fine just pay next time! I have never experienced such kindness!! I will definitely be back with LOADS more clothes. Thank you! read more

This establishment has no respect for their customers. The young counter attendant could care less if they lose a customer and resorted to being disrespectful and confrontational with me over the fact that they did not have my suit ready on time. Young people can ruin a business because they aren't willing to go the extra mile for customer's that need a little extra service - total small business killer. I would not recommend this establishment and will be moving my business to a local competitor. read more
