Frustrated when you go to the cleaners to pick up your pants that was due the day prior and surprisingly can not be found. Sounds like a Seinfeld episode!! After 15-20 minutes of the male owner looking around aimlessly and I trying to locate any pants of the same color from beyond the front counter. Then he mentions, his wife must have taken it home to finish--meaning I just wasted my time. The crazy thing, when I asked if he can call his wife to confirm she has it or if she placed it in a certain place. He totally refused to make that call...just gave excuses. Also, is it too much to think since the ticket/receipt had my cell number where they could have made a courtesy call to me in advance that the pant was not ready for pickup and it'll be ready next week. But no, I just wasted my time driving there and looking around the entire shop for something that was not there. On Monday, I waited for a call from the tailors, but no luck. So on Tuesday, I go back to the cleaners and asked the male owner if the pants were read? He said yes, but had difficulty finding the pants ... walking around the shop 5-10 minutes trying to locate the pants! I was getting frustrated by the unprofessionalism and disorganization this business owner operates under. After, he found the pants and was placing it in the plastic wrap, because I didn't want to distract and overwhelm him. I asked him, if the pants were ready yesterday, then why didn't he call me? Especially knowing I wanted them last week? His excuse, "I can't call every customer". My response, does this happen with every customer? Since the pants was initially due on Friday and giving them an extra day to Saturday, then giving them three additional days (total of 4 days). Never got an apology or a discount of the overpriced helm $16 and taper $20. Moral to the story--my experience, that was my first and last time visiting this cleaners. Enter at your own risk, as this place is disorganized and the owner is unprofessional to include not focused on the customer needs.

I brought the shirts back and they agreed to redo them, but when I picked them up again, the stains were still there. I spoke with the owner this time, and unfortunately, she became somewhat defensive and implied that the stains may have already been there. What makes that difficult to believe is that both shirts had very similar stains, which would seem to suggest they came from the same source. Nevertheless, she agreed to redo them once more. To my surprise, when I returned for the third time, the same stains were still there. The employee working that day told me the owner would call me. I never received a call--no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to take accountability or resolve the issue. I've also had a few instances in the past when items were not ready when promised and was met with less-than-welcoming customer service. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and effort to make things right is what I find unacceptable and unprofessional. They also own Perfectly Pressed Cleaners, so I would recommend checking the reviews for both locations when deciding where to take your clothing.
