We drop off at the front desk, they pick up on specific days and bring it back on specific days. Pricing-wise, they are much more affordable than most. I wish there was an app where one could easily let them know what needs to be done, or tell them if you need something hemmed or fixed, but that is wishful thinking I guess. Their cleaning is pretty good, not the best I have seen, but certainly the best for their price point. I will be using them moving forward.

Scheduled for 7-9am they didnt come until 10:30ish -drop off was also late was scheduled for 7-9am and didnt show up until 11am. - I weighed out the bag before pickup and it was 20lbs but i was charged 24 lbs when it got to them. I called and the manager told me that a few pounds isnt a big deal and i have to trust them and accept it. - i asked that only my 5xl shirts be hang dry but my wife's shirts didnt need to be. I had 5 shirts but in the end they charged me for 12 shirts because they did mine and hers hang dry. When i mentioned it again they said it is not their job to pay attention to the details and i should be thankful that they washed and folded my clothes. - $2lb is the most expensive place locally but this had good reviews so i thought it would be worth it but it was mediocre service. Overall it was nice having someone do my wash and folded but not with the overcharging and underwhelming service. I will be looking elsewhere.
