We drop off at the front desk, they pick up on specific days and bring it back on specific days. Pricing-wise, they are much more affordable than most. I wish there was an app where one could easily let them know what needs to be done, or tell them if you need something hemmed or fixed, but that is wishful thinking I guess. Their cleaning is pretty good, not the best I have seen, but certainly the best for their price point. I will be using them moving forward.

When I arrived, the tailor could not find my dress and when found stated that it was not hemmed or pressed at all. She stated to come back in 30 minutes without any concern about the dress not being tailored on time. Still had to pay full price even though I had to wait and was in a rush.
