We drop off at the front desk, they pick up on specific days and bring it back on specific days. Pricing-wise, they are much more affordable than most. I wish there was an app where one could easily let them know what needs to be done, or tell them if you need something hemmed or fixed, but that is wishful thinking I guess. Their cleaning is pretty good, not the best I have seen, but certainly the best for their price point. I will be using them moving forward.

But my best story of Linders excellence is a recent trip with a very expensive heavy sweater (Faherty brand) to alter it in a practical way for me. The sweater was special in that my son gave to me so I love it and wanted to wear it but it was an over the head not a cardigan. Frustrated when you go to the cleaners to pick up your pants that was due the day prior and surprisingly can not be found. Sounds like a Seinfeld episode!! After 15-20 minutes of the male owner looking around aimlessly and I trying to locate any pants of the same color from beyond the front counter. Then he mentions, his wife must have taken it home to finish--meaning I just wasted my time. The crazy thing, when I asked if he can call his wife to confirm she has it or if she placed it in a certain place. He totally refused to make that call...just gave excuses. Also, is it too much to think since the ticket/receipt had my cell number where they could have made a courtesy call to me in advance that the pant was not ready for pickup and it'll be ready next week. But no, I just wasted my time driving there and looking around the entire shop for something that was not there. On Monday, I waited for a call from the tailors, but no luck. So on Tuesday, I go back to the cleaners and asked the male owner if the pants were read? He said yes, but had difficulty finding the pants ... walking around the shop 5-10 minutes trying to locate the pants! I was getting frustrated by the unprofessionalism and disorganization this business owner operates under. After, he found the pants and was placing it in the plastic wrap, because I didn't want to distract and overwhelm him. I asked him, if the pants were ready yesterday, then why didn't he call me? Especially knowing I wanted them last week? His excuse, "I can't call every customer". My response, does this happen with every customer? Since the pants was initially due on Friday and giving them an extra day to Saturday, then giving them three additional days (total of 4 days). Never got an apology or a discount of the overpriced helm $16 and taper $20. Moral to the story--my experience, that was my first and last time visiting this cleaners. Enter at your own risk, as this place is disorganized and the owner is unprofessional to include not focused on the customer needs.

I walked in on Tuesday at 5:00pm and it wasn't done so I returned the following day around noon, only to find out that it was still not ready. When it was finally ready, I picked it up, paid $8 for cleaning (a little expensive for just a shirt) and went home. There were stains on the shirt. The shirt went in without stains and came out with them. I will never use this place again, there are so many other dry cleaners to go to and I would rather drive half an hour than go to this one right near my house. 1 star, do not recommend to anyone.
