This place looked promising, but I ended up not doing my laundry here after walking in for three reasons: 1. There are only a handful of "big" washing machines (the kind that can do multiple loads of clothing) and they were all taken. Fair enough, it is the weekend. I was prepared to split my load into two of the smaller machines. 2. Unfortunately, the machines only accept payment in the form of a pre-loaded laundry card. This sort of proprietary form of payment is inconvenient and part of the reason why I stopped doing my laundry at my apartment complex, which used a similar system. (Express Laundromat has machines you can pay into directly with card, coins, or tap-to-pay. If you only have cash, they have coin machines, btw.) 3. But fine, for just today I was willing to pay for one of these cards so that I could do my laundry. Except, the kiosk that dispenses the cards only accepts cash! I didn't have the cash on me to load onto a new card, so I really had no choice BUT to leave with my laundry. But even if I did have the cash, I would never come back to this place. There aren't enough big machines, and more importantly the payment process feels like a massive grift. Booooooo.

Extremely rude staff, would never go there again. Place is small, crowded, not enough machines…read more There are other laundromats where you don't have to deal with incompetent workers.

Iranian? 70's Soul Train Dancer?) woman waved me off through the window. "Go away... we already have your money..." and any other ideas that can be expressed non-verbally (you make me vomit, I ate too much, please bring my check...) I pantomimed right back "open the door... it's not 6 yet... you suck". Apparently they weren't charades experts and I finally left, sans dry cleaning. Had to drive all the way back down to Parsippany on Saturday morning to pick up my dry cleaning for my company Christmas party. They didn't have my shirts ready by the promised date (they'd had my shirts for 5 days- I'd dropped them off on Monday) I was told that "starched shirts take longer to do" and "you people are killing me with starched shirts." and, finally, "they won't be ready until Monday." My wife saw the commotion through the window and came inside to find out WTF? After a few seconds of the wife yelling, they told us to come back in 90 minutes. The shirts were done when we came back (no starch, of course) and the manager? Owner? Slave driver? completely ignored us while he yelled into his phone in Hindi or Urdu or Swahili... Needless to say, I will NOT return. The old management was great (when it was $1.99 cleaners) but the new owners are awful. They completely take the "service" OUT of "customer service."

Prices in Morristown averaged about $4.00 to $4.50 per shirt and one place even quoted me a price of $8! Needless to say, I needed to expand my search area. This is how I found Greenhill Cleaners in Parsippany. They charge $2.50 for most items (including women's shirts!) and do a good job. I dropped off some shirts on Saturday and they will be ready for pick up on Wednesday (so it taks them3 business days. They are closed on Sundays)
