For convenience, this was a nice option, and all the clothes came back clean and folded neatly. An employee also offered to bring my laundry to my vehicle when I picked it up, which was very nice. No accountability, no urgency, no resolution. To make matters worse, they lost expensive items, including a $425 hoodie. What I got back was one giant mess of wrinkled, mishandled clothing, far from the professional service they advertise. This company showed a total lack of care, accountability, and respect for their customers' belongings. I would strongly warn anyone against using Clean Clothes Depot unless you want to risk losing your clothing and wasting your money.
