Once I got it home, I realized that it had never been cleaned so I had to bring it back again to have it cleaned. When I picked it up, it had been cleaned well enough, but there were still spots that I had hoped would have been cleaned out, and I would've expected it to have looked nicer and not be as wrinkled as it was. I brought in a few linen blouses that fit me perfectly, and when I got them back, they were visibly stretched out and no longer wearable. Linen is delicate, but this level of damage is unacceptable. What made things worse was the complete lack of accountability. When I pointed out the issue to the owner, instead of trying to help or even acknowledge the possibility of a mistake, she raised her voice, started yelling at me and insisted that I brought the blouses in in that condition- which is simply not true. Now, in addition to paying $25 for cleaning one blouse and $30 for another one, I am left with having to purchase new blouses because of her lack of accountability. Good customer service goes a long way, especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this owner chose defensiveness over professionalism.I won't be returning and would NOT RECOMMEND THEM if you care about your high end clothes being handled properly.

The machines worked just fine. Clothes dried in normal mount of time. Staff was friendly as well. The place is messy for sure. Bags of clothes piled high to the ceiling at the entrance. Open bags of clothes all around. Just supper messy and sloppy. Would prefer everyone's dirty and clean bagged laundry out of sight. The location is good and everyone keeps to themselves. It is a small place but they have a lot of machines and a good ton of baskets for use. I would visit this place again. But if they cleaned up and made some improvements then it would be a better place. I'm assuming Hispanics frequent this laundry mat, as the TVs were set to news Chanel's in Spanish.
