I went there once and couldn't find it because it's behind a mens entertainment bar. I emailed--no response--and decided to go again today. That's how desperate I was to use this service. I stopped in building C and was directed to building B and the door is locked. Is this place out of business? Is it closed for the day? No sign gave me any more information than I could surmise. All I know is I'm not trying to space again. Very unprofessional management which appears to pride itself on customer service but gives none.

Oh, if that wasn't enough, it was not cheap either and you always end up with money on those silly washing cards. They should have contactless machines but then they wouldn't get that extra change on the cards. I purchased a $20 card and have like $6 left and I am never going to go back. Once I got it home, I realized that it had never been cleaned so I had to bring it back again to have it cleaned. When I picked it up, it had been cleaned well enough, but there were still spots that I had hoped would have been cleaned out, and I would've expected it to have looked nicer and not be as wrinkled as it was. I called and spoke with them about getting a credit for the poor service and the multiple times I had to come back and was told that no, they cleaned the comforter four times And would not give me my money back. I will never go there again!

When I brought my late father's heavy wool Army shirt in for cleaning last week, the husband and wife owners were amazed at the like-new condition it was in, despite it being over 65 years old. When they learned my dad wore it when he was stationed in South Korea, they immediately lit-up with smiles and said they are South Korean and it would be their honor to clean it at no charge, as a "thank you" to him for protecting their home country.
