I brought several bags in for wash and fold service one morning. While the attendant was weighing…read morethe bags, she said there was too much to do today and it would have to be for tomorrow. I asked if maybe one or two of the bags could be for today and she said no since she already began weighing all the bags together. I went back later that day in the afternoon to drop off some more bags and was happily surprised to see my order was fully done and ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the attendant said she could not release them to me since I had only paid for next day service. Even though I thought that was ridiculous, I said "No problem, I'll just pay the increased rate for same day service so I can take my clothing now." The attendant said that since I didn't pay the same day rate when I dropped it off it couldn't be changed now and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager. The attendant claims she called management but there was nothing they could do. Last time I'll use this business.

It's a small laundromat but the employees are nice and helpful. You don't have to worry about leaving your stuff and coming back and it's gone. The equipment is definitely outdated but like I said it works. There are no tvs or anything like some of the newer laundromats. Dryers are $.25 for every six minutes which I guess is about right. No complaints here!

The machines worked just fine. Clothes dried in normal mount of time. Staff was friendly as well. The place is messy for sure. Bags of clothes piled high to the ceiling at the entrance. It is a small place but they have a lot of machines and a good ton of baskets for use. I would visit this place again. But if they cleaned up and made some improvements then it would be a better place. I'm assuming Hispanics frequent this laundry mat, as the TVs were set to news Chanel's in Spanish.
