This laundromat has two doors and I just so happened to walk in the door that doesn't have the time on it I'm looking around to put my comforter in and the woman there stated rudely,, you can't wash here we're closed we close at nine the sign is on the door!!" I told her I wasn't aware she said the sign is right there on the door I go out and look and the door that I came in the sign is not there but the other entrance the sign is there but it doesn't matter where the sign is it's how she said it and I tell her that she could've told me nicer than that. I left of course not going back of course. Also, being closed the door should've been locked!

It's a small place so how hard is it to have someone stay there while it's open? When the owner is there she fails to provide the right customer service, many people in the neighborhood have called the owner of this establishment "crazy" I've heard plenty of different stories of why she is. Don't waste your time stopping there to wash clothes just because of the new machines they don't work efficiently either. Also during this coronavirus outbreak the owner doesn't wear a mask and also doesn't have signs that suggest customers should wear mask before entering. This business does not follow the guidelines of social distancing and has no signs that say to stay six feet apart from each other inside.

Mold everywhere Out of date machines Unnecessary language barrier when wanting to drop off/pick up dry cleaning and selecting drinks from fridge behind cashier. Last time I was here I was on a commute to work I just walked behind the cashier desk because there was no one there and I wanted to get the correct drink from the fridge the first time without arguing or playing Simon says with the cashier. I placed the drink on the counter top and waited for her up by the register only for both her and a nearby costumer got mad at me because it's something I'm not supposed to do, even though again there was no sign/gate stating so preventing me to do so, and there was no bell nearby to inform the cashier I "needed" her to get a drink from me from the forbidden corner. I legitimately do not see why the owners don't invest in another vending machine for the drinks like they have for the snacks, or have the fridge up in front so something like this doesn't happen and a paying customer isn't ridiculed for wanting to speed up an unnecessarily lengthy process. Again, no one was at the register I went to get a drink I rest it on the counter intending to pay I get yelled at. Mind you also, they sell Arizona ICED Tea for 1.25 instead of the listed price of .99 I imagined that was to cover the square card fee for using a card and not cash but then I realized it's the same for cash as well and from some light research....that's illegal This is a very dehumanizing and disgusting place.
