The new owner of Joes Laundromat was so nice and the prices were so low. I was a little concerned because of the really low price but this woman blew my expectations out of the park. My 57 lbs of laundry was done in one day AND it was soft, fresh, and so neatly folded. I will definitely have to post pictures. When you think of how long it would have taken me at home or at the laundromat, I would have willingly paid $100 for that type of impeccable service. I will definitely be coming back!

So I smelled them and decided to wash them again. Part of the way into the second wash I touch the machine to see if it's hot and it's cold. I open the detergent hole in the top to touch the water and it's cold. I told the lady that works there I don't think the cold water was on and she went to check and had to flip the switch to get it on and then she told me it should be working now. I told her this was my second time having to wash because it didn't come out right from the first time and she told me " that's not my problem. The lady that comes in in the morning is supposed to put it on and she didn't " then she walked away. This will be my last time coming here. That was rude in my opinion, if the hot water wasn't on, and I had to wash again I should've gotten a refund. Now I just won't come back here anymore. Not happy about this because it's a convenient location but that wasn't good customer service at all.

They are fast, the staff were friendly, the clothes were folded nice and smelled great.! Went here about 3 times and whether it was the 3rd or 4th time I drove 20 minutes to pick up my soap and dryer sheets before I left town.The sheets ended up being at the bottom of the basket I would bring my clothes in, they couldn't find the soap. The manager was called and after asking what we could do about the soap I was accused of potentially trying to scam the manager out of soap. She was entirely unprofessional and I explained I can afford the soap, thankfully, but the principle is that I was not informed the soap was out and after 3 washes? She reviewed the tapes and she said the soap was all used. She was very confrontational, accusatory, unprofessional and it's a poor look considering your employees do a great job. In the future I would suggest that you don't leave soap or use theirs. Another poor example of management making the business look bad and lucking out with great employees.
