Went here because my hotel didn't have laundry onsite. I was there 8am and was pleasantly surprised. I was there before the employee and it was a bit trashed from the night washers. When Jasmine entered, she was hustling to tidy up the place. She didn't miss a beat to be sure the space was in order and presentable! And she was very kind! The best part about this was the optional payment method through an app! So easy! I washed and dried 2 full loads for $10. Seemed reasonable to me, but I really have nothing to compare it to. My first time washing and drying and I wish I would have read the reviews first. The coin machine sucks and takes forever to give you any change. Than finally when you get change the washers and dryers suck and they are extremely expensive compared to every other laundrymat nearby. And the dryers suck, they don't even work. On top of that there is no bathroom at night, and no attendant. Why have a 24/7 business if it's not staffed 24/7 and there isn't a restroom 24/7. Never again! Horrible experience! read more

I went there yesterday for the first time and usually I'm not a person to bash a business but reconsider to go here. first the loads are expensive - small machine is $3.75 big machine is from $6.50-6.75. now, if you are using the big machine and you want an pre wash then u have to put in more money for a pre wash. not knowing how bad a real wash would be, I just went for the wash without pre wash. I usually put in extra soap so my clothes will clean good and smell good. (doesn't sop here) The dryers- uhm, in order to dry you must put in $1.00 which will only give you 20 mins so I asked a lady customer that was there how much would it be to dry and she said put it about 35 to 40 mins worth so I put in another $1.00 which will be 40 mins in total. once the dryers were done, some clothes were still a bit damp so i asked the owner if there was any way I can put for an extra 5 mins and he said "no I had to put in a full $1.00 and take it out once done" which means that if I only needed 5 mins they still get $.75 profit. when I looked at my clothes from the dryer it totally looked like the clothes were not washed properly. Some had the make up stains and just didn't smell clean. I wasted almost $20 and I still have to re-wash my clothes. read more

This place is very clean and they are OPEN 24 HOURS for self-washing. The problems: In the daytime both the owner and the lady manager are EXTREMELY RUDE and have 0 personality. Also during the late night hours they SHOULD have the Edison Police patrol this place a lot more, because it's very dark. I'm not worried about me because I pack heat(LEGALLY) but for an occasional old lady it's not right, not to have more patrols.Also they should sell soup and supplies. Terrible service. I did my laundry there a few times a few years ago because the place is close to my apartment. The washing machines are old but what can you do. Now I have my own house but my dryer broke so I had no choice but to go there and of course before I can put my laundry to dry this little Chinese woman said I can't use the machine unless I wash first. WHAT? I explained that my dryer broke. I'm still going to pay for the dryer use but she didn't care. What a way to promote your business. read more

Horrible service!!!!!! We had to pay 5.50 to wash one load of laundry, the more to dry. After an hour, our clothes are still not done drying!!!!!! She said it took 45 minutes and our clothes are still wet!!!! She said she refused to give us a refund and there's nothing she can do about it! She yelled at us the whole time!!!!! We will NEVER EVER go there again!!!!!! She has special machines for her she said we cannot use them because they are better. Its also very dirty, mold and dirt everywhere!!! read more

As a full - time teacher, my time is very limited. Therefore, the chore of laundry, which could take upwards of three hours on some days was very detrimental to my schedule. One - Stop - Laundry has provided me with drop off laundry services that have changed my life. I bring them my clothes, and they quickly, and efficiently clean them in a timely manner. My clothes are always neatly folded, or hung on a hanger. The service and friendly demeanor of all who work at this establishment are both wonderful. Terrible. My $900 Japanese winter coat was damaged. Offered no refund and blamed me that i must had salt on it, and therefore colors faded to weird and different colors. I can understand if it wasn't cleaned properly, i wasn't expecting irreversible damage... owner is so immature in his arguments that its not even worth telling him anything... read more
