All I was given was an apology from the worker and that's it. I would not recommend this to anyone in the area so many different laundromats that's wouldn't make such a simple but huge mistake. The label said it was cotton and polyester and could be dry cleaned. I asked for my pants back to see if Chico's still had them. I was told I could not have them until I paid the nine dollars for cleaning. The audacity ruining my pants and wanting to charge me for cleaning them. I let her keep the pants and waited for the owner to come back to confront him. All he did was scream at me and took no responsibility for my pants being ruined. I bought in a perfect pair of brand new pants with a tiny stain and got back a pair of pants that I could never wear again and he wanted me to pay for cleaning. After 20 minutes arguing I got the pants and walked out. DO NOT USE RAINBOW CLEANERS!!!!

The owner then told me that the hay was blocking up the dry cleaners vents next door and I should perhaps use another laundromat as it's a $400 fee every time for her which os bullsh*t. That's fine she doesn't need the money I've been feeding into her machines sometimes 2or 3 times a week for the last 3 years.. Don't treat your customers like a burden and you'll continue to get their money.

My name is frank I was a customer at the laundry mill. I was a customer for many years. as far as I remember mat use to own it. then it was brought by Diana Bertelle, and let me tell you, you guys sucks. I also know that Diana took over this business from mat. While Ralph Bertelle was serving time.. I also don't understand how the Bertelle still have that old white lady theresa still working at this place. she is very lazy with a big mouth, and don't do shit,but run her damn mouth all the damn time. I told the owner about this as well as i complain about her, because she once did my laundry as I drop off for the wash, dry, and fold service and boy does she love talking crap about other peoples as well as the people who work with her..She always has something to say. I wouldn't be surprise if they are sleeping together and Diana has no idea or why else keep someone like that in your business. I Know that if I get any complain about the something over and over about one of my employee he or she would of been left. But I understand why the Bertelle still have her there cause there think she the only one that know the truth about this business. Well sorry to bust your bubble but who don't know. I know that Ralph Bertelle as well as his son back ground. I also know that the store was rob by there own son. someone that has that kind of background and puts there customers as well as the employee at risk. Christina was very nice and incredibly helpful. My family and I were vacationing the northeast, and were hitting NYC the next day. We stopped at the Laundry Mill to do our laundry, and Christina just started a conversation with me. She was so kind and offered not only good conversation, but helpful tips on getting into the city in the most cost effective way. That conversation was maybe my favorite part of the whole vacation. read more

Laundry Mill is hands down the best laundromat I've been to! The machines are affordable and well-maintained, and is cleaner than any other laundromat I've been to in the area. Since 2014 I have been getting my laundry done at laundry mill, they always do a great job. My laundry is always ready to pick up on time and folded neatly. I definitely reccomend the pick up service and you can't beat the price. read more
