Have been coming here for a while. Today it was probably close to 100 degrees outside with the heat index. Inside, there was no air conditioning. It had to be close to 110 inside. It was very uncomfortable. I can't believe that it is due to the cost, because they have been increasing the prices of the washers and dryers for the past few months. I've been coming here for years and have never had any problems. If your looking for a local laundry mat this is it. They are very clean and the staff is very friendly. The owners are always there making sure everything runs smoothly. The machines are big so you can get a lot done in a short amount a time. I've never had a bad experience here--using he machines myself or the wash and fold. clean machines and tables. machines are large to cut down on time plus it has so many washers and dryers that you never have to wait . overall I've always been pleased and will continue to use them as I have been for the past 5 years. read more

!!PATRONS BEWARE!! this place is disgusting! vomit in the washer.. dirty tampons in the dryers and to top it off there was a rat running around.. the customer service is awful! Google says they're open until 9pm and I just got refused at the door! get your act together laundry Mill! your service is a dime a dozen! Place is filthy especially the bathroom! Woman who works there lets her grandkids run around pushing carts into people and riding on them. No customer service at all, doesn't even greet you. Go else where, plenty of other places. read more

Very clean bright and cool (during August) many carts available for use. It's nice I see that customers pull up to the curb and unload into a cart. Chairs outside for smoking. Friendly employee behind the counter. Seating available inside. Restroom so-so clean. (must ask for key) Takes coins. I came to wash a large comforter and the staff told me what washer/dryer would be best for my oversized load. I've had issues washing it in the past at a local spot that had my comforter smelling like grease after washing. Will definitely come back to finish the rest of our comforters and curtains. Place is good, depending on who is working. Machines are clean, the place is clean. They get super busy on weekends and Wednesday. (Roll back days) customer service is usually great unless that old woman is working. She is completely unpleasant. I don't go there anymore because the old woman, but the place is decent. read more

Everything you need from a laundromat. Decent availability of washers and dryers, but a couple more large ones would be better. Biggest thing that needs improvement is their outdated quarter machine payment. Inconvenient. Often the machines would not even accept the quarters and spit them back out. At least get the option of having a debit/credit card payment for a laundry card or quarters. Had to leave and run to an ATM to get cash, and I don't like carrying cash. Smileys laundromat down the street has a credit card reader at every machine which is something I hadn't seen at laundromats even when I lived in the city. No need to even get a card in that case. Bigger the machines the more money I think the big ones were $6.25. First time I went here friendly people. 4/5 not that bad.

I was going there for over a year. I would do the drop off service. Things were great and then lots of people left and it went downhill. My last time they tried to give me back half of my laundry. I dropped off 28lbs and they tried to give me back 14lbs. When I asked them where the rest was they assured me 5 times they gave me everything. Then finally they found my stuff sitting in a dryer. When i picked up my clothes everything was wrinkled. Go to Townsquare they are better and cheaper! read more

Very clean and spacious laundry facility. I do my laundry here even though I have a laundry mat right across the street from my apartment complex. They have a wide variety of machine sizes and huge dryers for your bedding and linens. Prices are on point. I was using a different facility and didn't notice until I came here that they other place wasn't really cleaning my clothes that well. This place is great!!! read more

I've been to this laundromat a couple times and didn't have a problem but today was different. While I was folding my clothes I noticed some patrons not wearing masks. Instead of confronting them I told the attendant about it but while I was approaching her she had her mask down. I decided to tell her anyway and she promptly said that there's a sign on the door and if they don't listen there's nothing she can do. She reluctantly walked over and told them about wearing a mask. The first man was angry but put on a face covering. The second man said that the owner doesn't care and wasn't going to wear one. The attendant walked away while man #2 said he already had covid and if I was so scared then I should stay away from him. My mother, Tina, died of covid at age 61 six weeks ago. It's people like this, those who don't follow mandates (man#2) and the attendant who don't enforce them that are the problem. If your going to be in public, follow the covid protocol. It's not about you. By refusing to do so your taking everyone else's right to be safe. You're making that choice for everyone else. No one should have that power over anyone else. read more

My washing machine is temporarily out of order and I was being lazy about washing clothes myself. I dropped off AND paid for my clothes to be washed and folded on a Tuesday. The woman assured me it would be done on Wednesday- fast forward to Thursday and my clothes were still sitting in the same place I dropped them off. I promptly asked for my clothes and money back. I have used many laundromats and this one is the cleanest and largest one I have been to. I notice a big difference in my clothes, much fresher and cleaner! They have many different size machines to choose from. The owner is there often, he is a really nice guy. Strongly recommend! read more
